  1. what? don't consider a HT if Fin doesn't work for him? listen, if ur gonna give out really bad advice to ppl then just don't comment at all! plenty of ppl get HT's WITHOUT Fin. and plenty of ppl stabilize in their early 30's so Fin really wudnt do anything for them cause their not losing anymore hair anyway. yea some it will help with the crown but not all and not very much for most and Fin has some really BAD sexual side effects for many ppl. how do u know what u have maintained if you just started using it?
  2. ummmm no. ur assuming the grafts are punched, extracted and them incisions made and then implanted ONE at a time. the whole sequence is not done for each individual hair. it doesn't work like that. u shud know uve had a HT. well, u had FUT so not apples to apples. the punches are done rapidly one after another and not necessarily extracted at that time. just as the incisions wud be made one after another and then implanted. if the entire sequence was done for each hair then no way it cud be done in that time frame which is why its not done in that way cause its more efficient to make multiple punches one after another just as the incisions are made right after another cause ur right there and go from one slot to another. so to say that 9.37 grafts are implanted per minute is incorrect.
  3. I think u cud use more singles up front. looks decent.
  4. can't please everyone I guess...... your title should read "MY TRUTH". this is ur experience so to say "the truth about H&W" is a little sensationalized.
  5. agreed! 6 months is way too early to be gauging a HT success. chit, many don't grow till 9-12 months fully. and some up to 16 months.
  6. that is a chitload of grafts in such a small area I agree but chit ur only 5 months out. u look to be pretty much on target from what I can see. ull grow a LOT more in the next 5 months. ull be fine relax. I wud look at SMP as well. that wud surely giv the illusion of more density.
  7. there is a perfect example of a scar that cud not have healed any better yet its still terribly obvious. I too want to cut my hair very short. maybe even shave it down from time to time but that just can't be done with FUT without everyone saying "that dude had a HT". grow ur hair out if u wanna hide the scar or look into SMP. that wud surely help. beard grafts aren't gonna do much if u leave it shaved. the scar will still be visible. its less visible wen hair transplanted to the scar is grown out.
  8. good for u! I know uve been searching for quite some time to get a HT. how many grafts did u end up gettn? wat was the cost?
  9. there are ZERO top HT doctors in Mexico. its dirt cheap to live there so a good HT doctor could charge half of what they charge in the US. I'm not saying his calendar wud not b full I'm just sayn there wud be a lot of ppl in the US flying to Mexico before they travel half way around the world to save money and get a good HT in Europe. lotta ppl are traveling to mexico for dental work. if u do ur homework and go to the right clinic its just as good there as it is here and half the price.
  10. I think he looks 10x better then he did before. the lighting imo plays a role in his hairline design but considering he probably paid $3k for it id say thats a home run! sure wud b nice to have some world class HT doctors move to Mexico. I think doctors considering that wud b sitting a winning power ball ticket. cause the prices wud rival India and considering how many Americans have money and travel to Europe that wud much rather travel to Mexico it wud b a booming practice.
  11. unfortunately its becoming a rare occurrence that I see a Dr. Bhatti patient post results that are satisfying. he just doesn't seem to have very good yield. hair lines are improving tho so that a good thing.
  12. appears as tho u got some of that "X" factor goin on. I'm don't think a 1000 grafts wud make much of a dent but id take him up on his offer its free. he one of the best HT surgeons on the planet so its not doctor skill holding u back. but.... some have takn up to 16 month to grow and some start sprouting at 12 months but by now u wud usually see more hair but some jus take longer to grow. maybe ur one of them ppl. GL
  13. nice 5500 grafts! this shud be interesting. can't ever remember seeing him perform that many grafts. thats about wat I need so I'm lookn forward to ur procedure. im not sure what Indian skin has to do with a HT but nonetheless good luck.
  14. one of the many downsides to FUT which is why I tell ppl to use caution when haven a second FUT procedure if u have limited scalp laxity but thats hard to tell till u actually have the procedure. most of it shud grow back but unfortunately ur probably gonna be left with a very visible scar cause the hairs that come back won't be that strong around the scar where blood supply is limited. ull likely have to seek out an FUE doctor to fill in that FUT scar which has stretched pretty bad. good luck.
  15. they don't stay that thick. they end up takn on the characteristics of the other head hair.
  16. nice work. why are you not utilizing chest hair? are you not getting good results with it? that has always seemed to be a favorite location for BHT doctors to take from as well as the beard of course.
  17. ur assessment holds no water. walk into ANY major hospital in America and what do you see......? INDIAN DOCTORS!!!!!!!
  18. if u have chest hairs u can use why not use those too? might get you another 1000-1500 grafts.
