I think there are better choices. his work is good but his hairlines are too conservative imo and his prices are too high. he seems to do great work with smaller sessions but when performing larger sessions his yield is just not as good as some of the other top HT surgeons in the world.

u got plenty of donor hair to fill it in with FUE. not even sure a scar revision is necessary. but, filling in scar tissue doesn't always have the same yield as going into skin with no scar tissue but there have been plenty of cases like urs that have been fixed with FUE. not sure how many grafts ur gonna need but at $8 a grafts is laughable imo. I wud travel to Turkey and get it done for a 1/4 that price and done as good if not better then anywhere else on the planet. anytime someone gets FUT they run the risk of being in the same boat ur in. I keep hearing how FUT surgeons around world have improved there technique and no one has horrible scarring any longer yet every week someone like you posts a thread like this on how to repair their FUT surgery....:roll eyes: sure, there are plenty of patients who have FUT done and look fine. but the fact remains there are still thousands every year that are left with horrible scarring. no one is left with horrible scarring from FUE and since no one can make the argument that FUE is only reserved for small sessions there is just no logical reason to go FUT these days unless ur need like 10,000 grafts but umar has done that many so thats not even a real argument any longer.

I wud reconsider that decision and look to go to Turkey and see Demsroy or Donagay who both perform FUE which means there is ZERO chance of ur linear scar stretching from FUT over time which is impossible to predict before the surgery. her prices are so so. there are better options imo. and as far as choosing a females surgeon over a male surgeon I wud say this... 99% of the TOP plastic surgeons and 100% of HT surgeons in the world are MALE. if I was choosing one sex over another it wud surely be male over female but I don't really think that means chit but the fact is ALL of ur top HT surgeons are male. thats a FACT not an opinion. HT females who reach the top of their felid which are NONE cause none are at the top of the HT field and don't work any harder then males. the males just seem to be more talented. chit, even look at the top chefs around the world. their ALL male....

geez... sry to hear. thats a really bad healing scar but ur certainly not alone. there are thousands of others just like you which is why I tell ppl to avoid FUT cause no matter how good the surgeon is not everyone heals the same. thank god for FUE to repair what these butches do to ppl which is why ppl shud do FUE up front and avoid these disasters.

smh... sry to hear. I can't see a jury anywhere not awarding you quite a bit of money for that train wreck. they can claim all they wan't but in the end they will settle before taking that to trial. they have malpractice insurance for chit just like that. they will not take blame but settle to pay. make sure u document it throughly and keep all of ur conversations with the clinic like emails or when u contacted them on what day and time and so on..... they hacked you is what they did. the evidence is right there. thats fixable tho. get the scar reduced by a facial plastic surgeon then go see a top FUE surgeon to fill it in. it shud look fine after that. there are definitely ppl who can fix that. its all about the $$$$$ like everything else...

perception is often reality and for someone on this forum to even comment on the different packages possibly inferring less money means less care or use of the less advanced equipment available sends a poor message to potential patients imo. there is a reason the rests of the top clinics in the world only offer one standard of quality and thats it. its a marketing ploy and doesn't help the dr.'s image imo. it would behoove ur clinic to offer one and one only package and offer everything u offer in ur premium package period. ur rates are cheap enough. u don't need to sell ppl on that stuff. just offer it as a standard package. hes gettn plenty of business right now ppl wud hav no problem paying more to be fully accommodated.

I would agree with that. based on his pricing and the fact that being from India he can charge that much less there should only be one package offered. offering an "economy package" undermines his work imo. if u pay less it gives the impression that ur going to get inferior results. I'm not so sure you would but a surgeon should offer one package and one package only and that his BEST package. u don't see donogan or demsroy offering lower packages. if his prices were that of lorenzo it wud make a little more sense due to the outrageous prices he charges per graft. but bhatti has some of the best priced work in the business so no need to offer more then one package imo.

yea with THOUSANDS of patients looking for an FUE surgeon to repair their FUT scar that has disfigured them....:rolleyes: lets look at the forum here where REAL results are posted not some statistic u pulled off the internet and the majority of them are looking for an FUE surgeon NOT an FUT. read the threads. they speak for themselves. the majority of the results posted these days are FUE. or even look at how many ppl view FUE threads over FUT. its not even close which demonstrates that in the near future FUT will be gone like the dinosaurs. sure, there are a few surgeons in the world that perform decent FUT (Bisanga, H&W etc) but the X factor still exists with healing when it comes to taking a huge chunk of scalp from ones head and how it will heal. no surgeon no matter how skilled he is is going to be able to predict how ones head will heal. there is no roll of the dice.... with FUE requiring a patient to seek out another surgeon to repair them. how many threads have u read where an FUE patient seeks out an FUT doctor to repair them? how many? and looking at the op's head it obvious he has TONS of donor grafts on his head and probably another 2000 on his beard if need be. if u can't figure that out on ur own then ur obviously not looking to figure it out.

ur surgery came out great I wud agree.

he has about 10,000 donor hairs left. u don't need to predict the future to know he has plenty of donor hair to last him for at least two decades. how bout this.... lets look back 15 years ago where ppl laughed at Dr. woodz when he was perfecting FUE and ppl stated it will never work and if you need a large number of grafts ur reduced to being scalped and left with possibly a huge ugly scar on ur head. thats obviously false. what percentage of patients these days opt for FUT over FUE? I don't need crystal ball to predict what will be available in 20 years its common sense! in fact, over the last 5 years alone FUE has made leaps and bounds. in fact, over the last 10 years modern medicine and plastic surgery has made more advances then it has in the past 100 years.

it seems to me as tho half the patients that chose Dr. Maral are either dissatisfied or pretending not to be. he like any other FUE surgeon can transplant hairs and everything looks great at first but the true measure of a surgeons work is the graft survivability rate and his appears to be extremely poor! I wud avoid him like the plague. he draws ppl in with advertising gimmicks by not charging per grafts but per amount of hairs. that would be a great advertising ploy if the grafts he transplanted actually survived. from the work I have seen the survivability rate seems to be maybe 60% which is a complete failure.

wrong. the beard extractions show even less visible scaring then the scalp. especially from bhatti who is one the best in the world for beard extractions.

looks great as usual. could use another 1000 grafts imo tho to give him more density.

imo u need far more grafts. more like 4500-5000 or possibly even 6000 grafts. its quite thin and sparse in the middle and won't do much to add any density to the top. with his very low prices I don't see why u can't go back for another 2000 or so grafts. his hairlines have seemed to improved over the last couple years but they still need some tweaking imo. sry about the strip scar. another reason to steer clear from fut.

Erdogan is ur best choice imo. its funny how ppl criticize those who want a lower hair line yet I have two uncles and a grandfather that have the same hairline as they did when they were 30 so the "Conservative" hairline is really only reserved for those who will have no hair to put there is 20-30 years. which is really kind of a joke cause in 20-30 years HM will be available or some sort of stem cell injections or whatever so if u want a lower hairline at a young age to make u look more youthful then go for it. u have plenty of hair to pull that off.
