usually u get wat u pay for..... and ur gonna need 6000-7000 grafts maybe more while approaching a NW7 which is closer to 12,000-16,000 hairs. 3000 grafts won't do much other then make u look lees bald.

thats ur opinion and ur entitled to it. if someone wants to look 50 vs. 65 then thats their prerogative. this whole concept that a HT surgeon has to be conservative cause otherwise there won't be enough grafts to cover the head is only reserved for a few select patients only due to number of grafts available and that a very select few when u consider BHT and the thousands of grafts available usually changes that outlook. you don't see Demsroy or Doganay being conservative and they transform their patients to look young again. millions of ppl around the world go their whole life with a hairline like D&D give their patients so this concept that a HT surgeon has to be conservative or the patient will have a hairline that is too young is absolute nonsense! so those million of ppl around the world who are older yet still have a youthful hairline should have electrolysis done and remove a few inches from their hairline as they grow cause otherwise their hairline won't look natural? again, nonsense! like I said Lorenzo is great for filling in but not a total restoration cause he won't restore a patient back to a youthful hairline. a member just commented on how Lorenzo turned him down cause he wanted to be too "Conservative" and thought his hairline was low enough yet Demsroy offered to actually LOWER his hairline.

well, then you made a poor decision and didn't do ur homework obviously cause Bhatti is good but not even in the same universe as Doganay or Demsroy but good luck with ur HT.

Lorenzo is just too conservative with his hairlines. thats a fact. bottom line is Demsroy and Doganay just perform better work at nearly half the price. it isn't rocket science. well, maybe it is for you but not for me. D&D have better yield, more aggressive hairlines and far better pricing. sorry if that offends you or anyone else but those are facts.

thats another reason why I don't care for Lorenzo. he is WAY too conservative. Doganay just gets it where Lorenzo doesn't. Im not interested in getting a HT and going from from a NW5 to a NW3 which is what ill get with Lorenzo and his conservative approach to a HT. Dogonay makes his patients look youthful again. Lorenzo makes his patients look like their middle aged. if I wanted to look middle aged I wud just shave my head. the whole point of a HT is make urself look much younger and youthful not to look "Mature". I think Lorenzo is great for filling in but not for a complete restoration. Doganay or Demsroy is a far better choice for that and not to mention the pricing of Lorenzo is almost laughable when you have two other TOP rated surgeons doing better work for less money.

I know u like to hug Lorenzo's nuts and swing on them but the fact still remains Demsroy and Doganay just have better results. no other doctor not even lorenzo is producing the density like those two doctors do with less grafts. the proof is in the photos they produce weekly. you can call it subjective if you want but take the same patient and give them both 4000 grafts by each doctor and lorenzo's work just won't be as impressive as D&D. sorry if that offends you but thats a fact. D&D just have a better yield. their all world class HT doctors but Lorenzo just isn't in the same league as those two, I'm sure we will agree to disagree on this but it is wat it is.

well, then I guess the majority of his patients have great patient physiology cause they all seem to produce the same results which are densely packed grafts with very minimal shock loss. of course that shud be a minimal standard to be recommended I agree but there are only a handful that can do it consistently. its still dense, very dense. I'm know there are other surgeons that do it but few are producing the same yield as he is. and compared to other great HT doctors his pricing is as good as it gets for the work ur getting. I hear about all these other great doctors but u rarely see them posting their work like doganay does. and the pics are very detailed with no BS. others can claim all they want but post up ur work if its that good. there is a new doganay or demsroy patient posted with detailed info like every 5 days.

amazing how he is able to continue to place the grafts so close together without shock loss. other HT surgeons try to emulate that technique with little success. I mean chit look at the 7th pic down and u can see how tight grafts wud hav to be placed. with a shaved head he really doesn't look like he's even lost his hair practically. as it grows out its more evident. dr. doganay continues to demonstrate why he is in the top 5 HT doctors on the planet. its hard to believe but his work gets better each time. so natural lookn. amazing. and still adhering to a perfectly natural hairline. be nice to see a shaved head at this stage to compare. 4000+ grafts is no joke to fit in those areas but now he went from balding to just some dude with a thick head of hair. I'm sure that alone took 10+ years off him. id say a round or two of SMP wud make him look 95% complete literally

well, lets look at the big cases demsroy and doganay have done compared to lorenzo. the yield in the end is just not as impressive as the other two. the results speak for themselves. lorenzo performing 5000 grafts will not look as good if demsroy or doganay will. the measure of a surgeons skill is not measured with small sessions cause their are hundreds that can perform small sessions and look pretty good. the same cannot be said for large sessions which is why many won't perform large sessions or make up some lame excuse why they can't or why u shudnt. don't get me wrong lorenzo has performed some great large session results just not nearly as many as demsroy/doganay have. they have PROVEN more often that they can perform large sessions with the same yield as small sessions.

demsroy and doganay just have better yield then Lorenzo and their hairlines are more aggressive. so does Bisagna and maras imo. lorenzo is definitely one of the top doctors but imo there are better and especially when u consider price. I wud agree that H&W do produce some incredible results but with any FUT u run the risk of a poorly healing scar. seems to be far less with H&W but there are plenty of H&W patients with scars that needed to be filled in with FUE. H&W use to be one of the few practices that produced great results with FUT with LARGE sessions cause it was once thought large sessions cud not be performed with FUE but that has since been completely disproven.

looks like ur right on pace. ur final result will be life changing. u jus gotta be patient and let it grow.... ur a LONG way out from a final result

his yield is as good as it gets. wud take an average HT surgeon 5000 grafts to do what he did for u with far less grafts. imagine wat u look like at 18 months. essentially u have a full head of hair now

yea but plenty of HT surgeons are fully booked but their fully booked due to the GREAT work they perform. bhatti is fully booked because of the GOOD work he performs with GREAT pricing. he does great BHT but his final yield is average and his hairlines are below average. hairlines have improved tho. went from a straight line that a 6 yr old could draw to a somewhat more natural hairline these days. he shud really take notes on how Demsroy performs hairlines. for someone needing 5000-6000 grafts and can't afford other HT surgeons he is a great choice. but, considering ull have the HT for lifetime id rather wait another year or two and save up and get it done right the first time.

lol yea u need to slow ur roll before you end up reposting in a year looking a surgeon to repair ur bad decision.... as stated it will take at least a year if not far longer to see full growth. there is no quick fix. I'm guessing u met some chic and want to look better for her immediately. aint gonna happen. bhatti wud be a good choice in that part of the world but u haven't stated how bad ur hair loss is or how many grafts ur lookn to get. if ur look to go to one city only ur gonna be disappointed.

lol I'm sure there are plenty of "some guys" in turkey but Demsroy or Doganay are not "any guys". they are two of the top ranked HT surgeons on the planet and ONLY perform FUE. and as far as what you heard about losing 30% to FUE that is non sense. the ARTAS system has nothn to do with transection rate. none of the TOP HT surgeons use ARTAS. I think its just a solution to a problem that doesn't exist or a solution to a experienced and less skilled surgeon. u won't see demsroy, doganay, bisanga, umar, maras, lorenzo, etc.... using ARTAS. do a search on this forum or any other and look at their work. no one has better yield then they do period!!! 3000 grafts for them wud be equilvent to 4000 grafts with most other HT surgeons. look for urself and see what transformations they can do with limited grafts. its almost miraculous imo.

went from totally bald to totally not. I think him and demsroy are the two best HT surgeons anywhere for any money hands down. their yield is just light years ahead of any other surgeon. can't imagine how great it will look at 18 months

agreed either ur suffering from some form of alopecia or u have the "X" factor going on. after having that many treatments with such poor results id say ur not a good candidate for a HT. but, if u have plenty of donor body hair either body or face I wud try anyway. all ud hav to lose is money. id roll the dice on it. wat other choice do u have?

temples are too high imo. shud have some down another inch. shud look pretty good wen finished growing tho.
