  1. Your clinic should provide the post-op instructions, but at around fourteen days, you can begin washing as normal. You should be mindful about UV rays from the sun and chlorine from swimming pools. All the best
  2. Hi. When is your procedure, and what are you scheduled to have done exactly?
  3. FUE might be more suitable for achieving your current goal. Pictures should help provide more feedback. Thanks for sharing.
  4. There are benefits and reasons to include PRP over a series of treatments. Healing can take a couple of weeks, but did your doctor mention how you would benefit from one treatment with surgery?
  5. This time, go with a hairline specialist because you could be wasting more money, donor resources, and time with this repair session. There are considerations that you will need to make (e.g. reducing the volume of the old grafts). Also, the survival rate of old grafts is typically lower when reinserted onto the scalp.
  6. Wherever they are, the results should speak for themselves. What have you seen of results in Columbia?
  7. Hi. What was the pricing for your procedure from 5 years ago?
  8. It would typically be at the two-week post-op period that you would use normal shower head pressure on the scalp. Also, keep in mind that chlorine and swimming pools should be avoided until after two weeks as well. Thanks for sharing. Gio
  9. What length is the hair in this photo? When the hair in the donor is taken, the scalp changes in appearance. With your skin and hair characteristics, you should look at some treatment options to camouflage the extractions. Donor restocking, beard hair, and other body hair sources with FUE should help reduce the contrast.
  10. Hi. How does the recipient area look in terms of color and texture? The shedding is late, but you should continue to update your clinic.
  11. At the moment, your crown isn't thinning to the point where it is obvious to the naked eye.
  12. I suspect that beard hair could be a viable solution, especially since you may have several thousands of grafts available. The quality of the hair will offer coverage value even though the hair counts per graft will likely be lower.
  13. Your yield may have been great, but your expectations could have raised since noticing the change in appearance. Do you have any immediate post-op photos?
  14. Hi, Ambitious6831. Did you take any immediate post-op photos? Thanks for sharing.
  15. You want a properly trained doctor who produces the most natural-looking results. A medical staff that is properly trained can also produce natural-looking results.
  16. You should update your clinic on the post-op care questions. The loss and regrowth in most cases are somewhat random.
  17. After two weeks, scabs should begin falling. After two months, you aren't losing grafts unless you are getting too much sun exposure.
  18. There has to be a balance in our routine and regimen, but juicing is dangerous like everything else we consume... Ironically, MPB isn't a health concern.
  19. The crown looks good, and there is a natural parting on the location.
  20. Are you buzzing with clippers? Shaving with an actual razor blade at three weeks post-op is not a good idea.
  21. Paying for the consultation won't ensure a thorough and quality consultation.
