Senior Member stephcurry30 Posted November 23, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted November 23, 2021 This is a home run result. How many grafts have you used for both hair transplants? Would love to see a before photo before your first ever hair transplant.

Senior Member Mycroft Posted February 21, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2022 Huge improvement from the starting point. Even as is this looks fantastic, especially considering it's wet. Nobody would look twice at the hairline now, which is the optimal result.

After the first procedure it looked fairly natural but was in need of more density. The “Doctor” was hardly involved at all in the procedure and they ended up placing many multiple grafts right at the front of the hairline, some with 4 hairs growing out of the same graft!! Not to mention the hairline has no irregular irregularities and the angles are extremely obtuse!! Overall it is a pluggy appearance. It has cost me a lot of distress as I am constantly self conscious of people staring at my hairline Wanted to ask if anyone had any advice on the best repair surgeons for creating natural hairlines? Any help appreciated! I am dealing with the same situation. Mine, the donor area has been overharvested (hoping that’s the term). You’re right this causes a lot of stress and depression. I’m looking to fix mine as well. The front is horrible, need help

That being said feel free to create a separate thread and share more photos. We can give our opinions and advice then.

Senior Member ML488 Posted April 2, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted April 2, 2022 @HairNTearAbsolutely incredible, almost breathtaking work, albeit from one of the best in the world. I'm curious though, is it juts me or is there a slight discoloration/pinkness in the recipient area? Has that faded more now?

Has that faded more now? @ML488 thanks for your comment and yes you are 100% correct, I do even now suffer from a faint redness in the recipient area. This has always been the case for me after surgery. I seem to have particularly sensitive skin when it comes to redness and given the amount of trauma in that area from all the surgeries I imagine it hasn’t helped. It has been 4.5months since last touch up surgery so I’m going it to go away by the 6 month mark.
Senior Member HairNTear Posted April 2, 2022 Author Senior Member Share Posted April 2, 2022 4.5month update since last touch up surgery. As you can imagine I’m very happy with the results and the minor issues remaining are the redness which is painfully slow to dissipate. Secondly if you look closely you will see the skin has suffered some slight bumpy texture from all the trauma. Does anyone have advice/experienced success on how to reduce the appearance of these bumps?
Senior Member Fue3361 Posted April 4, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted April 4, 2022 Am I insane; or does this look like native density? I can’t looking at all the individual hairs… it looks like easy 90+ follicles per cm2… which I know shouldn’t be the case, or maybe it can for a second transplant? any idea what current density is? Very glad I did it, but it is not cheap.

Thanks @harryforreal I’ll do the micro needling for a few months and hopefully that’ll improve the situation. if not I may consider the Genius RF, how much was it btw?
