    Yeh like a lot of other clinics, probably stolen from elsewhere or enhanced.. agree they don’t look anything special but maybe passable in terms of being marketable.

    Thanks for naming them Bro 👍🏿 We can all make a mental note in case someone is also considering them, they are so low priced for the US 😳 Hope this doesn’t lure people in.

    Dr Arshad is £3 per graft which is very good for the UK.

    Oh I can totally relate to this, it’s just important to be realistic in what can be achieved. Dr Pekiner and Dr Keser do meticulous work and if you was to choose anyone then yeh these kind of choices would be giving you perhaps the best chance of getting you to where you want to be. It’s not going to match your natural density but they would enhance your hairline, which is you’re choice at the end of the day. I also think Dr Couto and Dr Freitas would be good options, but waiting lists are ridiculous for Couto and Dr Freitas hairlines are not for everyone (Personally I’m a fan)

    You don’t “need” a hair transplant, you have excellent hair and any surgery would not match the natural density you have at present. I have to ask how it’s affecting you’re self esteem? You have to be so careful that If you do get a transplant, there is absolutely no guarantee it will look better than it does at present. The best Hair Transplants are a very good illusion of great hair, you have that already in spades.

    If only prospective patients got to see these kind of video's before getting a hair transplant… Sadly people are still taken in by flashy marketing and find out the hard way…

    Well we need some more details, like how many grafts, pre and post op pics, who the clinic/Dr was? Have you been in contact with them since? Nearly 3 years on would mean further loss in the areas that were not implanted. You mentioned you’re not on Fin, and at only 25 when you had the ht you was already showing a lot of loss and what seems like a future Norwood 6 pattern. This of course will mean that you will be chasing the loss, spend time here researching on who is doing good work with higher levels of losses. How do you feel about meds? Some careful planning is needed here.

    They are not grafts falling, they are hairs surrounded by scabs, this is perfectly normal.

    Nice Improvement, will he be opting to get another ht? For the amount of grafts used it’s good, if it’s met his goals/expectations then all ok.

    Looks good overall, seems to have the right hair characteristics for decent coverage. I see a couple of weaker spots, but that’s nit picking.

    As it’s Turkey it’s much more likely to be FUE, only a couple of clinics are still doing FUT there.
