2800 grafts over that area then yeh it’s possible you may need another procedure, i don’t know what cm2 they were aiming for when implanting? Donor area looks ok with regards to the extraction pattern. Did the Dr do the incision step? Not surprised with the techs doing most of the work, if you did get another procedure I would really look elsewhere.

Bro, just no, nobody should be considering ASMED, those guarantees are worth zero In reality. Look at Dr Turan/Dr Gur or Dr Bicer as alternatives, spend time here looking at the ASMED threads and you will see they are not a good choice, and hasn't been for years. Not since becoming a hair mill.

You’re absolutely not too far gone, but yes you will need more than the grafts already quoted. Which was the local clinic? It’s always good to consider travelling to get the right Dr/Clinic, where are you based?

If you don’t have enough scalp hair then Beard hair is usually next up, you could go chest hair too, but bare in mind the yield will decrease. Occasionally we see cases where other hair is taken with varying degrees of success, Umar was once the pioneer. These days Drs are mostly using Beard hair but added to mostly Scalp hair, I can’t remember where I saw it but somewhere is a table of the possible yield of each source, leg hair was the lowest.

Which was the other thread? 20 with hair loss/heavy diffusing would be very risky without first stabilising and waiting to see how you’re hair develops until around age 25. 6 months isn’t long enough, you would need to remain on this med regime for as long as you wanted to retain you’re current hair. Most people will need do wait at least a year of being on meds before being accepted as a patient. But you are only 20 with heavy loss already, you need to be incredibly careful In you’re long term planning. Make a mistake now and you could end up looking worse. When you say it has done nothing, at best for most people it will retain you’re current hair, improvements just don’t happen for the vast majority, it’s preventing any further loss and strengthening you’re existing hair that’s the goal for you.

Yes the waiting list is usually less for her. I’m sure I read a post just recently that gave the current waiting lists for both, if I find it I will update here.

Just putting female etc in the search bar should throw up quite a lot of threads/discussions/recommendations. The best advice I can give is to keeping looking and learning as you go, one thing you will notice is Turkey isn’t the place to go for for females, you’re going to be hard pushed to find much, maybe Dr Bicer has cases, just can’t recall seeing any.

Look at as many results as you can, Dr Konior is one of the most experienced/skilled anywhere worldwide, Dr Nadimi is his protege and is developing her own skill set. I like the results I see from both, sometimes it comes down to personal preference when choosing, you may see something you prefer from either.
