    Hey Bro, Bosley is a awful lowest tier chain clinic! Some truly sub par results stem from some of their various locations. Not the place to be getting a professional opinion from.

    He literally went off on one because i dared question the result, interestingly he knew then how many grafts he had, as i was saying it didnt tally. It was then just pure verbal nonsense ranting. Its impossible to reason with someone in that situation. Like what do i know anyway, i dont perform neograft procedures and my 15 year knowledge is worthless 🙃 apparently though he missed the bedside manner classes while doing his fellowship. 👍🏿

    They performed another ht under 4 months from you’re last one? That’s never a good idea, should be at least 12 months ideally.

    I like the idea of 2 day surgery, I never like seeing bigger cases crammed in to 1 day. This is a good approach to you’re next ht, manual extraction is time consuming when done right, and they are taking from 2 different sources. The beard extractions that i have seen here in the forum don’t seem to show scarring, in particular i looked at @Gatsbyand @Zoomsteras they had a LOT taken!

    Dr Yaman would no doubt give you a better idea when you see him in person and have the 2nd ht, who was the first one with? So the plan for this one is concentrate on the front and reinforce the hairline in particular?

    Out of the options you have mentioned then I would be choosing Dr Turan or Dr Gur, but if you don’t want to take Fin and wait then yeah Dr Yaman, or even Dr Demirsoy. Not the others though as they are notorious hair mills or just known for sub par results.

    Just posted on the on the other thread, a way forward would be seeking a repair, so Dr Mwamba or Dr Bisanga… both are skilled with Afro centric hair and also with repairs. Reach out to both of them 👍🏿

    So sorry to see this, someone like Dr Mwamba or Dr Bisanga could help you in a repair. Very, very few people are skilled in Afro centric hair, and even more so when it comes to careful repairs. Reading back then yeah you’re concerns of being over harvested were totally justified.

    Just one totally full and natural looking crown, nobody (even us hair geeks) would detect a hair transplant..
