  1. Definitely worth a professional taking a look, it really needs a in person check/examination. I could say I see some thinning but it would be a educated guess based on those few pics.
  2. How old are you bro? Are these the first pics you have taken? Visit a dermatologist or Hair Transplant Dr if you are progressing though.
  3. After 9 days those grafts would need surgical removal, so zero lost, don’t worry you’re good Bro 🤜🏿
  4. When I see a high level of loss like yours then I think of a few Drs/Clinics, ones that are particularly adept and the larger cases. One that springs to mind in particular is Hattingen, they are good with both FUT/FUE, Dr Bisanga is another that can do either as well as combos of both. Eugenix have a lot of cases and are mostly doing good work when utilising beard grafts. Dr Pittella, Dr Zarev, Fuegenix, @DrTBarghouthiare some others. Waiting lists vary greatly with these.. Much as I like both Dr Couto and Dr Freitas I don’t see as them as go too for Norwood 5/6. It’s all about planning for not just now but the future, it’s highly likely you will need more than one procedure. I really don’t think any choices are good for you in the Uk, especially the quote you already got, that’s just simply not enough grafts.
  5. I don’t want anyone to get a sh*t transplant, but dude this is going to end up poorly, we have all laid out our concerns and you are choosing to still go ahead? I think that’s crazy, but it’s you’re choice at the end of the day. The forum can’t prevent any poor work, but we sure can pre warn when people arrive here for advice. If they do something wrong then you wouldn’t even want to go back to the same place, they definitely won’t be the people to fix anything. You think you can keep track of how many grafts? That won’t happen, you simply won’t be able too. Besides even If it was 2000 grafts this isn’t enough to totally address the frontal third. Imagine the most likely scenario again, they will try taking more grafts than needed (think transection) what’s worse is poorly designed hairlines/ poor angles/poor technique. You’re donor area will be compromised and being a finite supply will give you less for the subsequent repair procedure. We have not seen even a half decent result from these, just sub par work across the board. Im not even going overboard here, just speaking facts from what we have seen and learned from previous posters. With hair transplants being quite the art to get right then yeh of course even the worlds elite have misses for various reasons, but it’s a rarity, in this clinics case it’s the total norm. Nobody can stop you, but we have at least tried to give you a wake up call. If you choose not to listen then yeh it’s on you. By all means though if/when you post the result please start a new thread, and be prepared for some honest feedback.
  6. It’s possible that the second procedure would be more of a repair, but it does need to be seen in person by a decent Dr, so one of the names you have mentioned. I do like what I’m seeing from Dr Manish Mittal, but need to see more organic reviews over a longer period.
  7. I don’t put any faith in the ISHRS list, but as others have mentioned Dr Nader is one to look at 👍🏿
  8. Seek a second procedure elsewhere, the density they implanted wasn’t enough imo. This time research like crazy, and take you’re time! Go further afield if needed, so many options other than the Uk..
  9. Of course its entirely you're call, but just think of the most likely scenario, which will be poor work and then a expensive subsequent repair. So many here wish they came to the forum before choosing a particular Dr/Clinic. You can cancel at anytime, just give it some serious thought, you came here with doubts and hopefully we have at least ensured you are better informed.
  10. Same reason that most stay in business, they get away with it. Even after law suits etc then places are able to still continue @Oxiborickthread demonstrates this. Look at @Sanjar41case, its the same shower. They can clamp down on poor reviews and get them removed a lot of the time.
  11. Do it as soon as you can, online chat if thats possible. These kind of people are only interested in being nice when reeling people in, a decent clinic will offer good service at all times.
  12. Its easy to find results/info on Apaydin: https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/search/?&q=Apaydin&search_and_or=or
  13. No hes not recommended, its just another hair mill, good for them but the reality is the risk of a poor job is very high. Dont choose a tech procedure. You want a better option? Look at Dr Turan of Dr Gur, do the research here and look at actual patient results.
  14. Without knowing the loan/deposit arrangement its possible you may get all or most of the money back. At worst write it off as money that actually saves you in the future.
  15. Yeh for sure, some of the best options in Europe would be within reach if it was say 2.5k worth of grafts. Its going to be more than 2k to reinforce the whole frontal third…
  16. My advice would be cancel, and this is the second time i have said this in the last hour alone… Why? Because you would be taking a gamble/risk and a huge one at that. Stop and open you're eyes at the plethora of results from him and then look to someone who is doing better/consistent work! Save up if needed to get a Dr who is going to be best for you're particular needs. This is happening on the daily, people book in and then do some research, this is the wrong way around.
  17. Leave luck to the roulette wheel, dont take a gamble/spin on you're scalp.
  18. So pleased you arrived here before surgery day. Most of the time people arrive too late and then its the more expensive repair route.
