  1. I can give you a explanation and it’s very much warranted, we veered off the discussion and were speaking about the SMP which you also admitted was poor work and didn’t end up at all like you was expecting. And no that’s incorrect actually, I will call out and work that looks like it has issues, doesn’t matter if its H&W, Eugenix or Dr Konior. Literally every single Dr/Clinic on the planet will have poorer results, all we can comment on is what we see. I have 15+ years of experience of looking at results, here and on other forums, I wish you all the best and hope it does grow out fine. The graft count that’s been Implanted is all too clear to guesstimate, let others here also approximate it. I was careful in asking as it’s never my intention to offend or worry a patient, but at the same time a forum and it’s members need to be able to be able to voice and have a opinion on what they see, by all means it’s fine obviously to have yours too.
  2. That’s the point though, nobody knows how this will end up, over praising a Dr when you’re results are unknown? No, by all means at the end of the journey yeh. I know I picked up some parts of your early result already as it’s very clear it’s sub par work, and I’m sorry I needed to mention the issues but it’s Important not to just blindly praise as some others can do, striking the balance between being too critical and just the usual “yeh looks great” when it’s clearly not, I get that people might be defensive over those comments, but for the most part here we are just looking and commenting on the hair transplants we see in front of us.
  3. @NeedMoreHairLevel with us here, are you Martin Maag? Otherwise it’s not at all usual for someone to be on the defensive so much for a Dr, with the pics you posted it’s just the beginning of a journey. I’m not impressed by the other guys result thread and mentioned why within it, it’s too early to say anything much about the one you have posted. You need to see this from the existing members viewpoint here, a post is made mentioning a name and within no time whatsoever 2 members join up and post up 2 cases, neither are completed and so it’s difficult to make a call other than what’s In front of us, I have no care to mention or comment on a another mod from elsewhere, nobody here is mentioning him.
  4. Yes that is normal behaviour from the Mwamba office, think of this… waiting to get the right Dr is infinitely better than a lifetime regretting choosing the wrong one.. repairs can be costly and take more than one session. Looking at that pic I can’t see you need to be in any kind of rush to get a transplant, the fact is nothing can replicate that natural density you currently have, it could end up looking worse if the wrong Dr is chosen, someone like Bisanga or Mwamba will give you really good feedback bro 🤜🏿
  5. A more direct answer to the thread title would be, The worst that could happen? Well over harvested/destroyed and/or depleted donor area, incorrectly angled grafts, poorly designed hairline, multi grafts in the hairline, wasted donor hair through poor extraction techniques… ultimately you could pay more than double when it needs a repair, or worse still some people will struggle to even get it rectified.
  6. Under no circumstances consider Ziering Bro! Not a good choice for any type of hair, if you was to research here you will find plenty of info to not proceed any further. And I’m pleased you asked this before booking in or going ahead. The most reliable guys doing good work with Afro hair is Dr Mwamba and Dr Bisanga but I wanna give a shout out to @DrTBarghouthitoo. Honestly no such as thing as a easy case, people can get sh*t results from any amount of grafts. In particular those that are not skilled with Afro centric hair, i Implore you to go to the best and If needed wait, you’re future self with thank you 🙏
  7. what kind of post are you creating? Is it a Dr/Clinic review? @Melvin- Moderatorcould identify the issue.
  8. I have to also echo the above comments, you have amazing hair for any age! Don’t touch a single hair on that lovely head!
  9. It does get really complicated for those people who are genuinely looking at the varying advice and recommendations depending on where they happen to be looking. To me this seems like the most transparent forum you will find anywhere, not perfect (none are) but no ads and allows other Drs/Clinics to post that are not on the recommendation list. It’s patients posting results that matter, anybody can post a Google etc review, but full 12 month journeys? These are much harder to fake, and with the experience here they will be called out. Enhanced pics as well as stolen ones are common place elsewhere. When I first posted it was calling out someone who’s “pics” were posted in at least 3 different clinics and all had varying graft counts, as well as a skewed timeline. It really is a daunting process these days to find out who can be relied upon, in fact those really good and elite Drs/Clinics don’t even need marketing for the most part (some don’t advertise anyway)
  10. How long have you been consistent in using the Fin/Minox? If you stick with it then you will be in a better position to proceed with a transplant at a later date. Don’t be in any rush though, 25 is normally the min age most Drs will even consider doing a transplant. Give yourself the best possible chance and research Drs/Clinics which are doing good work with similar cases. Save up as much as needed in the meantime.
  11. Another user here has just posted his journey so far, could you also show us yours? Start a thread to show us please 🙏
  12. So many red flags the more I read and see here. 😞
  13. Just trawled back through this result and it’s ended up looking great 👍🏿
  14. Give them a swerve bro and do you’re research, a few options are reliable in Turkey and the others are pretty much all hair mills where too many risks are involved... Don’t go for a tech based procedure and don’t get taken in by amazing reps or wonderful marketing.. look for actual real patient posted results!
  15. Seems like you’re previous posts were exactly this topic, and the answers have been given already. Consider Fin/Minox to help retain, you’re already using fibres, what else can be said/done… unless you do go for another hair transplant nothing can be said or done really apart from meds, and that will most likely just help what you have. All the issues arising from the hair transplant will remain, another from a better clinic would help improve it, it would be more a repair as the angles and design are off.
  16. What you’re experiencing is to be expected, these thoughts are common place in the ugly duckling period. Growth is literally round the corner, within a few months this will be in the rear view mirror, and instead you will be looking in the front view one instead 🤜🏿
  17. Really good result, I found month 8-12 really interesting as it showed so much improvement. 👍🏿
  18. Looks like 3013 grafts yes, the density looks good upfront on the hairline and becomes more reduced as it heads backwards, this is quite usual. You didn’t have too many grafts in the crown area, it’s more like it’s enough to make some visual difference though. You had a high level of loss, it’s possible that you might need another hair transplant in the future to meet you’re goal. But then again you many be happy in 12 months when this has grown in. I like Bogotá hairlines and seem some good work from them mostly.
  19. This looks like you’re progressing more than just a mature hairline imo. Meds should be a consideration, see a dermatologist/Dr/professional to get properly assessed and think about the long game Bro.
  20. Yeh all perfectly normal and part of the process.
