Resul Yaman‘s in Istanbul, They are good people so far, Just was worried with those bleeding points after the 10th day wash though

Hi Guys, Today I had my big wash in the clinic (9 days opt-op) and the nurse was a bit aggressive and after he finished I found red dots as in below pics, Can you tell me if I got some grafts lost, and your expectations of their number? Thanks

3rd day after 2 washes (both at Yaman‘s clinic, if u stay longer in Istanbul they can do all the washes for you for the first 10 days)

I wonder if it’s correct to implant in the place of the expected to fall hair in the future (can be detected as I understood through microscop/triscope device) or just leave it and implant around it in the totally bald areas? what do you think guys?

Just finished the operation here pre-op and after op photos tell me please what do you think Im bit concerned about using 4K Grafts, felt i could have need much less (we haven’t made the crown, just frontal and mid) also kindly give me your opinion about hair line design and whether it was irregular enough or not? thanks

Hi 🙋 Guys I have been studying hair transplantation procedures for few months now, and learned a lot Elhamdolellah, And now it’s the time to go ahead and for action to start ☺️ I’m in airport now heading to Istanbul to meet Dr Resul Yaman, Been discussing along the last period with his assistant Zakarya and he was so helpful so far and answered most of my questions. My criteria is: 1- Doctor participation in operation (at least in incision) 2- Doctor have suitable updated before and after with hair combing videos 3- Caring about direction, angulation, Cherry picking for grafts and Grafts number (hopefully Zakarya confirmed they will use magnifying glasses 🤔) face structure and age For pre-estimation they said I might need 4000 grafts (I guess I‘d need less and looking for more conservative approach 🤔 ) but will be confirmed diffenetly when I arrive IsA - will be happy to get your opinions too Below are my pre-op pics and will post pics for the next months till 12th month and will keep you updated with every single step takes place with Dr Resul clinic

Hi Guys, I’m new here ☺️ and as many here I’m in my NW4 (clinics said so) and planing to have my HT in the next few months, I have searched a lot and found the most suitable within my budget are: 1- Resul Yaman 2- Dr. Gur (FUECapliar) 3- Dr Turan (FUECapliar) 4- Dr. Demsiroy (Armamed) I preferred to be away from ASMED/Cosmedica and Turkyana and I know there are better options than the above like Bicer, Cuoto and others but my budget will not allow me to reach them at the moment, So my questions are: 1- Are the above Okay or risky and no-Go like other hair mills? 2- Which one do you recommend from the above list? Or any other who are within the above list budget range (within Turkey or EU) i noticed something, all above clinics gave me plans except Dr Demsiroy refused and said I have „White Area with no hair“ in my head and I have to check dermatologist first, I didn’t understand what does he mean, but I posted some pics and would appreciate your respectful overall opinions too?
