Regular Member Maximos Posted December 11, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted December 11, 2022 Hi 🙋 Guys I have been studying hair transplantation procedures for few months now, and learned a lot Elhamdolellah, And now it’s the time to go ahead and for action to start ☺️ I’m in airport now heading to Istanbul to meet Dr Resul Yaman, Been discussing along the last period with his assistant Zakarya and he was so helpful so far and answered most of my questions. My criteria is: 1- Doctor participation in operation (at least in incision) 2- Doctor have suitable updated before and after with hair combing videos 3- Caring about direction, angulation, Cherry picking for grafts and Grafts number (hopefully Zakarya confirmed they will use magnifying glasses 🤔) face structure and age For pre-estimation they said I might need 4000 grafts (I guess I‘d need less and looking for more conservative approach 🤔 ) but will be confirmed diffenetly when I arrive IsA - will be happy to get your opinions too Below are my pre-op pics and will post pics for the next months till 12th month and will keep you updated with every single step takes place with Dr Resul clinic Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think 4000 should be ok for you. 3000 grafts should be used for frontal third to achieve high density and 1000 grafts would be used for the crown. I believe Yaman uses that many grafts to achieve that natural thickness seen in his results. According to the consultation package, it says he is involved in the anesthesia and incision steps. Is it true? How were the extraction technicians? Did you get 4000 grafts or were they less after meeting doctor in person? Did they recommend taking finistride? Kindly share the cost. It depends on the thickness of your thinnig hair. If they are too weak, then the surgeon should not take them into account and consider them as free space.
