  1. https://www.hairlosslearningcenter.org/best-hair-transplant-surgeons @Hans - Webmaster- it’s not as readily accessible, Can it be changed?
  2. Yeh both Pinto & Ferreira are fully involved, when it comes to US Drs though I’m struggling to remember any others apart from Konior/Nadimi.
  3. Amazing work from Dr Konior, surely one of the most consistent Drs you can find. Good to see Dr Nadimi building up a nice portfolio herself. And hey she’s less costly (for now 😂)
  4. I believe it’s 6 posts for new members? Build up you’re posts etc and it will change.
  5. Don’t pay for this extra nonsense! Absolutely nothing wrong with Johnson’s (other brands are also available 😂) Baby shampoo, and some people will Nizarol sooner or later. Save your cash bro!
  6. Dr Konior and his protege Dr Nadimi are fully involved in each procedure, most others are letting the techs doing the implementation. I remember from consulting with Dr Bloxham he does have the techs place the grafts, but informed me he over sees the whole procedure. I get what you’re saying though, most of us want as much involvement as possible.
  7. You can disagree but this is exactly what happens in hair transplant clinics throughout the world, yes the law can be different depending on location but if you spend anytime looking you will see that depending on the Dr/clinic even the top ones are not doing much more than the incision steps. What I’m saying is that for most people looking that is the min requirement. For others they want a Dr fully involved in every step, and this is where it becomes much tougher to find. Personally speaking I believe they should be involved as much as possible, at least for the Incisions and placement steps. As well as being present throughout.
  8. Its pretty intensive work and techs definitely have their place/role in a hair transplant procedure. The very minimum a Dr should be doing is making the incision's and over seeing (in person) the procedure. Some Drs will be involved in every step but this isn't the norm. Researching on the forum you will see who is doing good work and how involved they are.
  9. Studying the post op pics the hairline shaped changed and is certainly is higher in placement than the original hairline that was drawn on. The OP has also noticed this. Its not uncommon at all to make alterations though.
  10. Have you got a pic of you’re donor area post op? Should help with giving a approx amount of grafts used. All the other stuff they were up selling are just not worth paying extra for. Transplants are going to take 12 months to mature no matter what.
  11. I’m hearing alarm bels and seeing red flags. Giving discount for marketing case despite not knowing the outcome 🤔Did they do this for you’re friend too? Is his ht reached the month 12+ yet?
  12. Sounds like they were more about marketing and up selling 😞 Huge difference between those hairlines. No they don’t warrant a 5* review, and shouldn’t be pushing for one so early on. Yes we need more pics, but it would appear you had a lower amount of grafts. Please do share who the Clinic/Dr was. And also why you chose them?
  13. I don't think im wrong in reading @HappyMan2021 post with the heavy note of sarcasm he was intending…. 😉

  15. @Rahal Hair TransplantAgreed, I can now access inbox messages on either Safari or Chrome 👍🏿 Thanks @Hans - Webmaster🙏🏿
  16. Sorry to see this bro, you mentioned it was someone who “dabbles” In transplants? Could you clarify this? So much good advice already, and yeh Dr Bisanga or Dr Mwamba would be all over this repair. Who knows exactly how many grafts were taken, such a unusual extraction pattern and In such a concentrated area. Don’t share the Drs name unless you are totally comfortable with doing so. Good luck with your repair, goin to be following 👍🏿
