You should also give Lorenzo a look. He is the best FUE surgeon out there. I would consider Lorenzo, Erdogan, Rahal, or Ferudini. Listen to Rahal re the hairline. He is the hairline King after all.

You obviously haven't been reading enough posts. The quality of his results went down of late, and he recently got suspended as a recommended surgeon on this site.

He is talking abut surgery alone (without taking Propecia) ... does nothing to prevent future hair loss.

On the contrary, he's practice is so well known and he is so popular that he decided he didn't need to pay to be on the recommended surgeon list. He is on the expensive side though, but is the best of the best along with Erdogan and Feriduni when it comes to FUE. Other members can direct you to his website, but he is tough to get hold of.

But you are guilty. Your "3rd party" vendor intentionally took H&W pictures, maliciously gave them fake patient names, and then posted them as your own. Seeing that you paid them and gave them a mandate, you are guilty, even if you never knew what they were doing. If that is the case, then you are also an incredibly stupid business owner in letting these guys do something and not even reviewing and approving the website before it went live.

Aahhh, shifting the blame, but how can it it be an unintentional mistake by the vendor? Did the webmaster by mistake slip and hit the keyboard by mistake which then happened to land on H&W's website, and as he was getting up, he by mistake hit a few keys that downloaded those patient pics into his folder by mistake thinking they were yours? I hope you guys get sued for everything you've got. Shady as hell

Please, this is a lie and you know it. Either you are a thief or you are a very reckless & stupid business owner not to even be checking your own website. So, which one? Maybe both?

PRP should be the least of your worries if you choose this particular surgeon. He was suspended as a recommended surgeon from this site due to a decline in the quality of his results.

I just looked at your pre-op pictures - looks like you had a lot of shockloss of existing hairs that is slow to recover. You are going to have to be patient mate, but hang in there

Absolutely outstanding result - this has to be one of the all time great transformations. Congratulations!

I don't disagree with you, however, there are clinics where surgeons are not very hands-on yet still produce the best results out there, I.e. I view H&W as the best clinic for strip FUT, yet Dr Hasson is taking consultations whilst his techs are placing grafts. How do I know this, because he spent 45 mins consulting with me whilst he had 2 surgeries on the go. Apparently he even goes home whilst techs work into the night placing grafts. However, I can't fault him because look at the quality results that consistently come out of that clinc. Same with Lorenzo, his techs will extract FUE grafts and perform graft placements, yet I think his FUE results are the best out there. Then I look at Dr Konior who does everything himself, only performs 1 procedure a day, and will only consult after he is done with he surgery. He also produces outstanding results, yet I think the H&W and Lorenzo are just as good. Therefore I would have no issue at all letting either of the 3 perform my procedure. In theory, I do completely agree with you that the surgeon should absolutely perform much more and be much more hands-on, but with these top surgeons, it seems they can still achive the same high standards by not having to be so hands on. As I said, Bill is going to have to remove most of his recommended surgeons if he expects the surgeons to be that much more hands-on.

Bil, I am afraid to say that the majority of your recommended surgeons are taking consultations during procedures. Erdogan operates on up to 4 patients at any one given time for Pete's sake. Konior and Wesley are two surgeons who come to mind that are probably much more hands on than others. Can you elaborate more on what exactly you would expect them to be more hands on and present with, the whole surgery including graft placements? Just the incision making process? During FUE, do you expect the surgeon to be present the whole time during FUE extractions? My take on it is that I can live with a surgeon not being as hands on during FUE graft extractions and graft placements as long as it's the surgeon performing 100% of the incisions into the recepient, his technitions working on me are experienced , and that specific clinic consistently delivers quality results.

I Don't think medical surgery is an area where one should be given a 2nd chance so quickly. How do you reconcile this with the patients who got sub-par results. I think there is distinction between making mistakes and correcting those, or as in this case, a surgeon deliberately lowering his quality standards to make a profit. In this instance, it should be much tougher to come back. It always rubbed me the wrong way when Bill stated that the surgeon had just been temporarily suspended with a re-evaluation after a period as soon as 6 months. Results take a full year before you see the final result, so how is it even possible to start judging results as soon as 6 months after the doctor changed his protacals. I think he should have his results judged over at least a 2 year period before even being considered for reinstatement. Just my own opinion of course.

I understand your frustration with the moderators, and I myself do not understand why Bill didn't think his write-up has a place on this public forum. Granted the posting of that e-mail by he rep was grossly inappropriate and possibly illegal, so I think deleting some of his posts would have been more appropriate than locking the whole thing. I would take what he said with a grain of salt though. To me he is shady as hell - in fact you even called him out on his bullshit when he was trying to defend Doganay on your infamous thread. Just because he turned on Doganay now doesn't mean he is telling the truth either. To me he is a thug pissed off because he got fired/lost money, so I wouldn't believe a word he says now. You should ask him directly on this forum if he flat lied to you before when he was still with Doganay. I'd be very interested in his response, but betcha he would redirect it in someway. The sad part to me is the is the type of employee that Doganay has on his staff? Couple this with the allegation that an ex rep just happened to be sharing a room with a bunch of other patients who coincidently all decided to start posting favour able reviews of Doganay before all just disappearing at the same time. Is this allegation really so unbelievable now? I think Bill made the right decision to suspend Doganay, however, I think it would be an absolute travesty if he reinstated him without investigating this latest allegation by his ex-rep. I mean at a minimum at least visit the clinic and get a feel for the staff he has employed. Just my own opinion, but I think this whole clinic is shady as hell with heaven knows how many thugs he has working for him. I can't think of any reason I would even consider this man for reinstatement.

You single handedly started the chain of events that got Doganay suspended from the recommended list, yet then you just disappeared for 6 months only to reappear when that slime bag rep turned on his ex-boss. You were alleging that you were on track for a poor result, so now 1 year later it's time to show us whether that came to fruition. Not sure why you claim you don't have the strength to post a few pics??? Yet you find the strength to go after Doganay, so let's see an update.
