  1. I would also add farjo to your list he does some good work but might be on the expensive side. Imo Dr ball is building a rep of being up there with the leading UK hair docs from what I've seen from various sources ie YouTube and other forums.
  2. Well... it's been a while since I was on here last and just wanted to pop back on to let people know my situation. I still buzz down my hair to a grade #2(See picture). things have definitely progressed I can say I'm a fully fledged nw5(see picture) with some sort of hairline that doesn't want to go for some reason but hey I'm not complaining as it does give me some sort of hairline albeit a not very dense one and receding but it's still holding on ?.
  3. hi, yeah kirkland minoxidil is a fare bit cheaper then the normal minoxidil high is why I was asking is there any difference but I guess there just the same just different brands which is good as long as they do the second thing it's all good. I'm not to worriedo about grease as I shave my hair to a #2 grade. if it does grow my miniaturised hair I have maybe I might grow it out a bit but I'm honestly not to fussed the way it is now I would just like to wake these suckers up if I can. I am also thinking about using it once a day as two times a day seems to be a bit to much and it would be
  4. I'm not really sure what nw iam as I'm a diffuse thinner so it's all over the scalp. weirdly though I've still got some of my hairline on the right and a sort of recessing look on the left. as for pictures the camara doesnt pick up what the naked eye can see so it just looks like there's nothing there but what I'm seeing and feeling is a different story. so thats why I'm thinking of starting something at least even if it's minoxidil. I know you can't beat finasteride but like I said in my earlier post I'm not willing to give that a go because of the side affects it's just not worth the risk fo
  5. soo... im back haha and although I shaved my head I'm in a catch 22 situation. I'm finding shaving my hair and living like this is ok u can deal with it but with that being said I'm still thinking of doing something about it mainly because I have all these miniaturised hairs on my head so I'm thinking it might be worth trying to wake these suckers up with minox. i know it's not as potent as finasteride but I'm not willing to take that so minoxidil will have to do. can anyone suggest how I'd go about fitting minoxidil into a regime or timetable. and also what's the difference between
  6. soo just got my hair cut a couple hours ago, no.2 all over and I must say,I feel quite liberated(to an extent). I wouldn't say i like it fully because I've never seen myself with this kind of hair before so it's gonna take a bit getting used to. but it's just so nice to not worrying about how my hair looks all the time, I can rub my head all over and not even think about if im messing it up or how it looks, it's quite nice. so my advice to anyone contemplating shaving it off and how you would look shaved, I'd say go for it, embrace it, you might just feel a little bit better about yoursel
  7. it's good you and dr bhatti have been back and forth trying to work out what went wrong at least he's trying to understand what the reason is. having said that if it's your native hair that has fallen out in the mid scalp what's happend to the 4000 grafts because it looks like most of them have dissappeared.. 4000 grafts is a lot of your donor and it should of looked better then it does now right? or is it that you've had them spread over an area which is quite big and that's why it doesn't look as good as if you was to have had them planted in a concentrated area? good luck whatever y
  8. oh my bad well in that case the only way I think it can stop someone's hair falling out is if you have a lack of nutrients like zinc and/or vitamins etc. don't get me wrong a proper diet could play some sort of role maybe psychologically and in turn that will make you feel better about yourself but will it grow your hair back if you have mpb I'm not sure the jurys still out on that one.

  10. 12k for 1800 grafts? wow thats a lot of money..I wouldn't call LLLT crap my brother had it done along with other vitamins(I think) amd it's definitely saved he's hair from thinning.
  11. crazy amount of grafts placed in a small space but it has come out very well and dense.
