  1. Update 29.09.15 I am now 7 months and one week post op and I am sooooo happy with my result, knowing I have some months left of growth. I hereby want to say sorry to Dr Hakan for doubting his skills hehe... Will post pictures when I reach 8 months.
  2. The clinic has been in contact with me. They wanted better pictures, so I ill try to give them that. I have no doubt in my mind that the clinic will do everything in their power to make this ok. @mariaabril: Several doctor estimated that 3500 should be enough with my current hairloss.
  3. Thank you David I am still optimistic about my procedure, but my expectations was somewhat high about the 5 month mark. its only hair
  4. I got 3500 scalp grafts. Been on medicine for 10-15 years. Currently on Avodart + 2 x minox, MSM, Biotin and nizoral. H I sent an email to the clinic, but havent got a response yet. The pre-op picture show exactly how it is. The post op picture isnt that good unfortantly, but that doesnt change the fact that I am still in the "ugly duckling fase" 6 months after the procedure.
  5. I had my FUE procedure with Dr Hakan Doganay February 2015. So the 6 month mark is coming any day now. The problem is that there isnt much happening and I my hair is in fact worse now then pre op. I have had some shock loss, and almost none new growth yet. The pictures i have posted do lie a bit. The pre-op picture looks better then it actually is and the 5.5 month picture looks worse then it is. But it DOESNT change the fact that my hair look worse now then pre-op. What should I do? Pre-op 5.5 month mark
  6. Day 10 Everything is coming along very nicely with regards to healing. I am VERY disappointed with Dr. Hakan Doganay lack of response to my email post op. I have sent them several emails with questions after the procedure and they havent replayed on a single email yet. Pre op (and before they got my money) the responded within a hour for all the emails i sent. Coincidence ? I am of course not very happy with the density of hair midscalp. I really hope the final result will have more density then this. Attached some pictures. IT looks alot better in real life.
  7. I was instructed by the doctor to was several times a day after the FUE
  8. Thank you for your vise and soothing words Garagland. The whole HT thing has gotten its toll on me.
  9. FUE2014, No, there is no bleeding when the hairs a coming out. I think my scalp looks very healthy taking into consideration that I just made 3500 small holes into it 8 days ago. The hair that falls out are very short. I would think that if it was a graft it would be longer? The hair that I am loosing with the grafts are only 3-5 mm Its just too devastating to see my very limited hair (Donor) laying there in the sink all lifeless and sad. I just want to put em back hehe .. Sorry about my English and thanks for the reply
  10. I am washing my hair several times a day with shampoo given to me by the clinic. First few days by very easily touching/tapping the hair with my finger tips (no preasure). After day 5 I started washing my hair with a slight rotating motion but no preasure at all. I would say that I have counted at least 500 scabs with hair the last 3 days. Not loosing to many today since there isnt much scab and crust left. Se picture of head after todays shower. EDIt: Sorry, forgot to add the picture.
  11. Hi I had my surgery just 8 days ago when I got transplanteted 3500 grafts FUE. The problem is that since day 4 and onwards (now day 8) I am shedding ALOT of grafts. First i tought i was only scabbing and grust that was falling of, but I see that in every crust/scab there is a small hair attached to it. (se pictures) I am actually almost back to baseline in terms of fullnes in my recipent area bacause of this sheeding. Is this normal? EDIT: I see that its difficutly to see the hair in the scab/crust/graft, but trust me,. There is a tiny 3-5 mm hair in each scab.
  12. Day 6 post op. Loosing a lot of crust and scabbing from my head. I dont like it, because most of the crust have tiny hairs in them. Should I be worried? Donor area doesnt look good either. Still read and very sore. Pics from today (Day6) Edit: Added a high resulution pictures of all the scabs and crust on top of my head. Does it looks normal ?
  13. As a matter of fact, I am. You could tell by the pictures of my Norwegian grafts that I am a City supporter?
  14. Can a moderator please change the title of this thread to : 3550 Grafts with Dr. Hakan Doganay 18/19 February 2015 Thank you
