    Given the appearance of your donor, I would agree FUT is a better option. The density doesn’t look too strong. An FUE could deplete the donor without getting the maximum grafts. Depending on how well you scar you may be about to get away with that hair length. Perhaps slightly longer.

    Why do you always have negative things to say about BHR? I mean honestly, I don’t think you have ever said one positive thing about BHR without saying something negative. It’s very odd. I don’t see any density disparity at all in this result. I really don’t appreciate underhanded comments on patient journeys. Hair loss is hard enough, but we need to support those who have the courage to share their reviews. Negativity for the sake of negativity is not welcomed here.

    You have completely different clinics. Bicer, Mwamba, Bisanga all do the work themselves, most of the other clinics mentioned have technicians do everything.

    Guys, Some of you have noticed changes such as karma, the little rocket, title changes. The platform our forum is built upon underwent an update. This update removed these things. I’m in the process of seeing if we can bring some of those things back. Please know we are fully aware of these changes.

    I have no negative words for how someone else runs their site. I will say that I have encountered some off-the-wall patients, which made me understand why removing posts and banning people are necessary. I’ve seen cases of blackmail, extortion, coercion from patients to surgeons. Sometimes it is necessary to remove posts, but the reason why has to be transparent. Personally, like to keep things open, of course this does not come without problems. But it’s the best way to get real information. Suppressing information doesn’t change opinions. Challenging those opinions with facts do, at least that’s my thinking.

    I never said Lupunzula is not good, so you’re sorely mistaken. I’ve said between him and Bisanga- Bisanga has more experience. He was the one who trained him. That’s a fair and true statement. Whether you think one is better than the other is a matter of opinion, but experience is not.

    That’s not a fair or true statement, while I agree Reddy is very skilled. Only a handful maybe even less have as many patient reviews that are successful as Dr. Bisanga. He has over a decades worth of high quality work.
