Dr. Wong placed the majority of the grafts in the front half of the balding scalp including the hairline. The area that is seen in the before photos that still has native hair was shaved down to prevent permanent shock loss. It's nice to see patients who are both regaining their lost hair but also do something stylish and modern with it. Brilliant stuff. Lots of real estate to cover but it looks nice and dense, even with the styling. Even more amazing if you consider the relatively modest number of grafts used. However, much lower density was placed in the rear half of the recipient zone due to the native hair still present. Glad you guys like this result.
