  1. You need around Don't go to Turkey, there is no way a clinic in Turkey is going to give you a full coverage especially after a failed hair transplant. They will ruin your donor area and give you an unpleasant result. You are not a typical hairline restoration patient. You have serious thinning and balding going on If I were in your shoes, I would pause a moment. Do some more research, understand what is required for a full coverage result You have an excellent beard and I'm sure more grafts that can be taken from the back of your head. Find a clinic that you're comfortable with and that you can afford, a clinic that can maximize graft count from beard and scalp donor. With approximately 4000 grafts (1200 beard + 2800 scalp) you can have a very acceptable coverage I don't know where you are and how much money you are willing to spend, but I would definitely recommend Eugenix Hair Sciences for your case Good luck
  2. Looks really packed well for just 4 months. You're going to very happy by 6 months Keep us posted!
  3. - Yes it is true there are maybe 2 clinics in Turkey who are decent but it is extremely difficult to do 5,000 grafts in one session without a risk of patchiness.. And who are you trying to fool with your reply? This guy has doubles and triples on his hairline. It's all pluggy. This is a result you would be pleased with? This forum is about pointing people into the right direction, and you're sitting there saying that these type of results are acceptable.. tell that to all the people who upset and are repaired cases Regarding the guy in the video, he seems like a nice person and there is nothing bad to say about him... but he also went to VERA CLINIC.. and that is bad research Very thick grafts chosen for the hairline Random doubles were implanted in front of his hairline ? You would be pleased with this ?
  4. An overharvested patch is exactly what you will have if you let someone from Turkey take 5,000 grafts from your backside in one procedure Please be patient and make the right choice, you are in the best position right now And what about medication?
  5. I totally understand this one. I had a 5 hair grafts implanted in the second row of my hairline when I got it done in Turkey. Now it's in the 5th row because I had 3 rows of fresh singles all blended in to camouflage everything up infront of it ...
  6. It looks good man, absolutely good. This is probably 98% of peoples expectations when going for a hair transplant
  7. I doubt it. I remember having dandruff last year and after 5 months of using Nizoral it completely stopped. I don't use that shampoo anymore and I dont have dandruff either. It's as if that shampoo permanently removed the dandruff somehow. I was surprised
  8. So they don't count how many grafts are being taken from the donor area? They use the maximum number for best results? Screw that clinic
  9. Congratulations, your hair is perfect now! Well done @BHRClinic
  10. Excellent coverage, your crown will be completely filled now! Also I want to point out the extraction made by BHR clinic. It is extremely clean and balanced. I did some drawings to explain. Too many clinics (especially in turkey) only harvest in the red zone that I marks. This results in a over harvested area in the back while leaving the sides thick and unbalanced compared to the rest of the backside. By doing a complete extraction shown in the green zone, it will be a wider extraction with minimal signs that it was harvested, for a more balanced and clean look. Well done to you and the team at this amazing clinic
  11. This isn't the worst scaring/harvesting I've seen. I have it much worse after 3 surgeries. At 1 guard is the kind of length where you will see all the scars visible because the hairs are not long enough to cover them. Try getting used to getting haircuts with a 2 or a 3.. if it really bothers you, SMP does wonders
  12. Brilliant stuff for 7 months Melvin. That crown will be completely dark and covered by month 14 (since beard grafts take alittle longer to completely mature)
  13. Don't get a hair transplant. You have the superman type of hair/ hairstyle going on here! The reason your hair looks weaker and thinner on the front is because it is very wet and a lot of hair gel. Use a blow dryer and hair spray Finasteride will allow you to keep all this hair for many years to come..
  14. The temple points are perfect. Nobody could say they are transplanted Congrats @IrishWarrior
  15. Hi, please keep in mind that the people who are lookin at you at the airport are nobody, and most probably don't care. Doctor told me it's best to wear something very loose while outside because of sun, pollution and dust. But at the airport you wouldn't need anything. I still wore something (loose surgical cap) because I'm a fool that worries what others think In all honesty, I would advise people to wear nothing in the first 4 days post surgery
  16. By not buying clothes and shoes that I don't need, by not going to restaurants and cooking from home instead and putting aside a percentage of the monthly salary every month. Sacrifice and patience pays for a hair transplant..
  17. @IrishWarrior Hi mate, from what I can see the most important thing is that your hairline has been completely restored in a natural way and your face is also framed with soft temple points. This is key! You should definitely get a second procedure when the time is right, because all there is left to do now is to fill in the blanks where needed to add an acceptable amount of density. Regarding the FUT scars, I wouldn't waste beard grafts on them, but rather some SMP. You should use those beard grafts to fill up the crown and backside. I'll say it again, your hairline is incredibly natural and new now! Good luck sir
  18. It looks very natural so far, hang in there mate
  19. You don't need to stop taking Finasteride for the procedure as far as i know. Some people could say you can stop it just for a few days while getting it done
  20. @Adil Jemil Hi sir, please don't go to Turkey. You have serious hair loss here. Your donor area doesn't look very dense either, it looks like you've had an FUE procedure already but in reality you haven't, if that makes sense. However there is hope for you, but only with the right doctor! One advantage that you have is that you're scalp area is very small, which means you could actually achieve a good result with one procedure! 1000 grafts for the crown + 3000 grafts for the front , will be very acceptable coverage! Medication is extremely important, trust me I learned it the hard way
