  1. Always go for a full shave, more accurate calculation of grafts and cleaner work overall. Also while cleaning your hair with regular washes no hairs get in the way and easier to keep the scalp clean as possible In my opinion, it is very strange to do surgery and transplant hairs into an area that wasn't shaved. (not saying it isn't possible or something can go wrong) If you are transplanting into an empty area like the crown... and you have hair on the front..... it won't matter much if you shave the hairline or not. I hope you understand what I mean So basically you would want to shave everything off simply to avoid looking weird
  2. The hairline looks natural. This is what you want at 4 months. Soft hairs coming out. It's only going to get better for you from here. The density will start coming at 6 to 7 months. Hang in there and enjoy the journey
  3. I'm at 5.5 months and still seeing new grafts coming out. You have to be so patient
  4. Hi, this photo is all the feedback to know about this Turkish clinic This photo was taken from their website showing their ''best results'' It's just another clinic that uses all your donor grafts to give you full looking hair but fails miserably to create a soft hair line, pluggy dolls hair Good luck with your wise decision
  5. Congratulations John on a very clean surgery. I don't think anyone in the world could of handled you better than Eugenix. Enjoy the rest of your journey man
  6. This is the reality of hair transplant in one picture I speak for myself, because I had this aswell at one point. You basically have a lack of density and a couple of hairs in the wrong direction which is causing serious ''see through'' effect. Lighting plays a part too. Automatically when you have too much scalp showing your hair instantly looks like a hair transplant, rather than looking like a normal head of hair Your solution will be to add another 1000 grafts in the entire frontal zone and soften the hairline with a row of softer single grafts for a more natural appearance. Once you do that I'm sure you will be satisfied and it will look much better
  7. Beautiful work. All hairs moving in the correct direction. This is what alot of clinic lack, it's not always just about throwing in grafts and covering an area Youll have a full head of hair after this no doubt. No sure what will happen regarding that scar but guaranteed it will not be a problem at medium length hair
  8. Yes, just water is completely fine but only to soften the scabs. You can use a cup in the shower filled with water and pour it gently. However do not rub grafts with your fingers at this point, must let them fall off naturally
  9. Of course, it happens everyday It happened to me in 2017, at Hair of Istanbul.. they implanted 3000 grafts all over my scalp all with incorrect upwards direction and causing serious scarring
  10. Hey Jamos, Dr Bicer would be the only one I would suggest in Turkey, you have an excellent donor and brown coarse hair. You cannot go wrong with Dr Bicer, she will guide you in the right direction Consider oral medication to prevent continues hair loss, ask the Dr for it. You have a very narrow Norwood balding pattern. Meaning the humps are full and strong. It would be horrific if you had transplant in the middle and the balding started to widen out.. does that make sense? I wish you good luck
  11. Solid density. You're going to have a brilliant result
  12. Wow John. What a result. I still remember talking to you on the phone just a few weeks after you got it done This result is something people would get after 14 months going from bald skin to thick hair I don't need to wish you luck for the second procedure, I'm sure it will be another great outcome. You still have enough donor area to spare and plenty of beard under the chin! Looking forward to hear from you again once you get it done mate. Have a nice and safe trip in Delhi mate 😊
  13. 2410 grafts in such a small area, wow. This is basically replicating natural density at this point Wish you a great result
  14. If you can completely stop the progression of your hair loss, you will have an outstanding result Good luck on your journey
  15. World class result, 10/10 Well done Dr. Munib Ahmad, his hair looked dead and now it's risen from the grave. It looks full, healthy, natural, good donor area and even the color is restored
