    With ALL due respect, I am just not a fan of Dr. Lidsey's work. I think he is honest and ethical but what he puts out on this board in usually under welming.

    Despite his short preop pics, make no mistake, this patient had a decent head of hair pre op. 5000+ grafts was excessive IMO. With 5000 grafts and his native hair, I would expect this result. Lets not fool ourselves into thinking he went from a NW5 to Elvis hair. I hate when pre ops are taken with ultra short hair!! Lets call a true NW5-6 as NW5-6 and not sugarcoat it.

    Nice brother but let's face it, you were a NW 1-2 to start with. taking nothing away from the hairline Dr. Konior built, no NW 4 or above should expect anything really close to this. Happy for you. You are a huge asset on here.

    I especially like your comment about nobody really caring about your hair so just do it. Its true, I have found that people don't pay that much attention for better or for worse.

    Dr . Bernstein is very good but ultraconservative IMO and expensive. I personally would avoid him unless you have extra money to spend and only want 1500-2000 grafts per session and VERY conservative results. Drs. True and Dorin are also good in NY as is Dr. Wesley. Dr. Feller is also considered one of the best in NY. All of these docs are recommended here so you can get a lot of information on them. However, I suggest you don't limit your search to just NY as there are many good docs within driving distance of NY as well.

    For some reason, I lose hair on Dut and more or less stabilize on Fin. I tried both at the same time and still lost hair. Dut is simply not for me I suppose. No side effects, just lost hair.

    Well Done. It seems as though Dr. M has the great ability to do allot with few grafts. Great work.

    For advanced NW patents, its strip out and then FUE, that simple IMO. Advanced NW patients have to concede something and that's just the way it is (Slightly wider scar, thiner crown, etc).

    All need to chill out. Do I think Rahal is the best FUE doc out there....no...but he does a good job nonetheless. Who is the best?.... who knows. Nobody really knows unless you have all the data (Meaning all results, yields, etc) at your disposal. If you went to Rahal for FUE, I imagine you would be content except for the price relative to the foreign docs.
