  1. Tough call but I would opt for Bisanga based on his work posted on this board.
  2. My opinion is 0 grafts. Your hairline still looks good. Focus on preventative mediations at this point and SMP if need be. HT should be a last resort.
  3. Hey Hair there. See you in 2016 for a touch up man. Your the real deal!!!
  4. I am getting so sick of clinics saying that after one week, you will not be able to notice anything was done post op. This is flat out incorrect UNLESS you have less than 1000 grafts done with no shaving and FUE. If you have greater than 2000 grafts done, FUT, and especially with shaving, it will be 3 weeks minimum before you can go out without a hat and look "Normal". More like 1.5 months. I have had 2 procedures; believe it.
  5. Subtle is the key to great results with SMP. By the way Hair there, I am at 6 months post SMP with you and holding up well. I imagine I will be seeing again at 12 months maybe longer.
  6. This is is a good case/lesson for those who think their hairline were placed to high post op. When it grows in, notice how the hair drapes down and makes the hairline look much lower once it grows in!!!
  7. I see your located in the UK. I had some great SMP done at "SMP Looks" (Hairthere) in NY so I would highly recommend them if you are willing to travel.
  8. Dr. Charles - I believe you are an ethical and honest surgeon but I must say your choice of cases that you present on here is lacking. "Show us what ya got".....I am sure its plenty. Show us some great hairlines, fully restores NW 4-, or nicely restored crowns.
  9. Konior, and go to bed and sleep well.
  10. I have had great success with HT but would still advise any NW 2 to think twice about it. There is so much involved and a NW 2 is a full head of hair in my opinion. Wait for your pattern to develope. I assume you are young. If you are over 45 then the risk is drastically reduced since your pattern has likely shown itself for the most part.
  11. Just posting about it in the first place makes my point. Just pointing it out that he may be losing hair, what is the point? Does it somehow help your hair loss situation? It just makes guys feel better that a good looking guy may be losing some hair period (which he is not by the way).
  12. Strange comment.,,,, I joined in to make the statement I made and the point that I made about people loving to see others lose hair period. I could not care less about Taylor.... Some people have great hair, deal with it and stop rejoicing in their hair loss. One thing that I have learned in losing hair is that I am sick of those who seem to find humor or comfort in the fact that I lost hair... Lets not do the same to others just because he happens to be famous.
  13. No offense guys but worry about yourselves instead of some NW1 who may be losing some early hair. It gains nothing but I guess misery loves company...
  14. He looks great but remember that shaved pre ops can be VERY deceiving and IMHO should be avoided. Shaved pre ops can make someone look totally bald when that is not the case. My brother has a full head of healthy hair but when he goes down to a #1-3 guard, it can look like he may be balding but then it grows back strong and healthy. Wet and shaved pre ops should not be used IMO.
  15. The hairline is perfect but this patient started out with a good amount of hair so I would expect that from SMG. I just love to see great hairlines from where there was none But again, this is a great result for 2000 grafts. I am finding more and more that these great docs are just not posting results that really show their abilities. If I were a HT doc, I would post interesting cases and not necessarily home runs in all cases but cases that show my full scope of abilities like great hairlines, crown, full restorations, etc. Coming from NW VI territory, I am partial to seeing nice full restorations so I may be biased
  16. No offense meant Dr. Lindsey. I just can not recall a case of yours where I was wowed. I do believe you are very ethical, honest, and likely do some of the best strip closures in the business. Most likely this is just due to the cases you choose to post. Post some fully restored NW4-6 and wow me and others
