    I have seen some experiences around the internet but i can't recall exactly where. My opinion think that going for an hair transplant without using fina does still worth it, but one would have to plan a secon and third session in time. I think a the end baldness will still prevail but with transplant only and good planning one could navigate through his best years with some good hair and still not have a very unnatural look later in life.

    No man u should carry on for the love of ur existing hair IMHO. I would not dermaroll but Finasteride is a must. You could consider dermo pigmentation too but i think hair must be worn short which is the reason why i did not walk that path for now... If Fina is simply not enough for you there is also the option of Avodart, but i am trying to collect more information about it. I did not find much compliants about it but i did not see as many reviews as it happens with Finasteride, so i am not sure about it.

    I think it does look great. If u are not totally satisfied with the density later, you can always add a few more grafts. However, i believe your result will be real good.

    The general improvements are obvious in the photos. I started Finasteride just before you so i am pretty much in the same situation (similar starting point). My hair had become better (the hair dresser noticed that too) but i did not see realgregrowth. However, some of the weaker sprouts became stronger indeed, adding to the general volume.

    Looking good so far, the full density isn't quite there yet but the change is dramatic imo. I think you will get a great result in the next months

    I think several factors are involved so u should actually ask to a good doctor and get as specific as possible while explaining.

    Why do you think that Finasteride does not work for the frontal part, just for the crown? I swear is the first time i read this. As far as i know, Finasteride does work with all hair so maybe Finasteride would help for real in your case. In fact, i started Finasteride a few months ago especially for the front, and it seems to be working well to me, even if we are only on the early stages.

    Is there any way to prevent this??? how can one be sure of this not happening when he picks a doctor? I think this clinic is quite famous so i wonder who i can trust or not.

    You have to use Propecia and wait for its result, then i think you will need a trasplant as well but your situation will be a bit better and your alopecia will slow down.

    I would say HT is almost a no go without medications unless you go very conservative, maybe. I reached out about 10 clinics and they all say i need to use Finasteride for like a year before planning for an HT.

    Thanks for the info, i see finasteride is still the starndard. I started my treatment with it some months ago. If it does not work, i will consider Dutasteride too.

    I really do like Dr Feriduni's work as well. His work does always look very natural to me.

    I see you were using Finasteride and Dutasteride. Was Finasteride not enough in your case? Are you still on the same regimen?

    I have some hair loss and i am evaluating both therapies and the possibility for an hair transplant in the future.
