    Congrats man! Would u show some photos from a more close-up distance as well? Your hairloss and hair type were similar to mine. Are you still using Finasteride? Any side effect??

    Looks good mate! You will get a great result. Let us know how its going also with Finasteride please. I suspect i am having some side effects but i am not sure if its the medication to be blamed so i am very interested on what new Fina users do feel and notice..

    Good luck with your operation, Dr Bruno Ferreira is among my favorite surgeons in Europe and one of my first choice when i will finally be hable to do my own HT, fingers crossed. Everything seems to be going smooth from ur side i think you will get a great result!

    Honestly, this looks great. I am on Finasteride threatment now, as soon as i will be sure my pattern hairloss has stabilized, i will think when and where to do it, and how... because my only concern is how conservative my hair line should be .. but i am kinda getting paranoid about it.....

    I think your hair looks great toward the front, i would definitely operate the crown thou. The hairline looks good, i think it would not be hard to further increase the density with a moderate number of units.

    Man i have seen tons of photos of people shaving their head with FUE and even some in person, and it works, you can even have a SMP to make it even better. But what i saw was not SMP and there were no problems, the donor looked normal. Differently from that, i have also seen (in photos) the big scar from FUT megasession and they are far more visible and antiaesthetic than FUE with very short hair. Thats the whole point of having a FUE rather than FUT.

    Man FUT with no finasteride is not advisable in my opinion, or at least i would never dare doing that. I need to have the option for shaving my hair very short in the worst case scenarios.

    IT is impossible to say anything by that picture expecially with swelling and blood. you should send us more footage. However, as far as i know no hairline should be completely simmetrical in order to be natural. It doesn't look bad to me but if u don't like it that should be easy to conceal.

    It does already look better than the before-op photos, and the skin is in perfect condition. It is early but everything seems to be promising so far. Pls keep us updated

    Thanks for the answer dude. I also started Finasteride but it was some months ago. I think i am starting seeing a difference in my hair quality but it is still something subtle. I do think i am on the right track thou. My plan is now see the full result of the finasteride therapy before taking any other step.

    In fact this is one the big question marks to me, before chosing the path of transplant. I still do not understand if the results are trully permanent, as some persons seem still to be losing their hair as time goes by. However, some long term experiences like yours are reassuring under this point of view.
