  1. Hey... Salt n pepper looks great...im in the same boat... Continued fab growing Z
  2. @amirik.. Youre the type of guy I'd like to go to war with.... Never say die attitude!! Really rooting for a great result which I'm sure is on the way for you.. You went to one of the very best teams in the world considering your set of circumstances. Z
  3. @Jayant... Hi there.. FYI I'll be uploading my 5 month update next week 24th May I was a NW 6/7 and had my restoration over 3 days @Eugenix Hair Science which involved 5400 scalp 1400 beard grafts Everything is Donor dependant especially so with 6/7 s... My Donor was average at best and I asked for AMAP while in India yet I still will have to accept that crown will most probably be requiring camouflage of some sort be it fibres or grown out hair to cover... Frontal hairline approx 40 FU sq cm Mid section approx 30 Crown approx 20 /25 is best one can hope for if 6/7 NW.. Using aroung 4500, 5000 scalp.. 1,500, 2000 beard So if you're looking at 3500 grafts the crown will I suspect be left untouched. Certainly not the end of the world.. That's my tuppence worth Hope it all works out for you Z
  4. @Hamemirul... Hi there I was in between a 6 and a 7...slick bald front to back but with High sides...tiny tuft of hair at the front.. I embraced Finasteride on completion of my HT to help ensure I held the sides and hope for a recovery of sorts from the miniaturised hairs in the very lower crown.. Hopeing they may eventually join up with the transplanted hairs... Don't lose hope... You're still in the game if you have suitable amount of beard/scalp grafts and realistic expectations.. Elvis has left the building.. 😊 Z
  5. Hi @Gatsby.. Youve shown a lot of resilience along your journey.. I had a similar story in some ways in that I was deemed unsuitable for surgery back in 2013 by a well known clinic in the UK.. Hubby and wife team.. I wish them every success but they dropped the ball big style in my case... 6 years forward and another Husband and Wife team could only see solutions where others could only see problems..namely Dr Sethi @ Dr Bansal at Eugenix.. I'm thrilled you've eventually arrived at their door after all the hardship and adversity you've been through.. You deserve a break.. and I think you've just got it by deciding to engage with Eugenix.. The very best of luck as you proceed onwards I'll be keeping an eye out for you Z
  6. @Steeeve.. @Melvin-Moderator... Thanks for the kind words guys.. I'll keep you all posted for sure. Z
  7. @Gatsby... @GNX1... Thank you both for your kind words Certain light it looks great... Outdoors still a lot of scalp see through but at 4 months that's to be expected and at my advanced stage starting point also still part of the deal.. My plan all along has been to shave back and sides to a low number and grow out the frontal third /mid scalp to allow me slick back óver the sprinkling of hair in the crown.. Looks like I'm on track so far thank god.. I'll be updating with my 5 month in a couple of weeks Z
  8. @harin.. Thanks for the good wishes Your case gave me lots of hope as a high NW.. Thanks for sharing it. Z
  9. Cheers Melvin.... Looking forward to the next few months for hopefully more much needed density... When I stepped into the garden to do the outside part it brought it home to me how different light can really effect in a positive and negative way how the transplant looks... I ran back into the house to finish clip after seeing how much scalp on view... 😊
  10. @Silent1234.. Thank you also.. You were one of the first guys to log on and wish me well on my journey... Hope you are keeping well.. Z
  11. Thank you so much... You've been a great support to myself and many others on this forum.. Looking forward to your own update shortly.. @paddyirishman
  12. Hi there @LaserCap.. Is ón the money.. I've been gently massaging avocado oil all over scalp including recipient since day 14 and I think its helped tremendously.. Including donor.. In fact i had a massive shed from week 2 losing nearly all of implanted hair so I actually buzzed recipient to a number 1 and continued doing so every week up to a couple of weeks ago... From week 2 you can pretty much go about your business as if you never had a transplant in the first place.. I know Asmed don't allow a buzz to recipient for 6 months which is way OTT.. Good luck with everything Z
  13. Cheers Bud... You had the same treatment.. You'll have the same result... Albeit you're a wee bit more handsome. I'll give ya that 😊
  14. Cheers @Abhinay Singh. I hope you, you're family and all the team are safe and well.... Im sure you'll have plenty of pent up demand for your services once all these unprecedented times blows over. Z
  15. @Pyrat.. @Melvin-Moderator@Melvin-Moderator.. @paddyirishman. Thanks a million guys... Lovely to hear positive feedback The MSM was simply something I picked up on after hearing UK Spex kinda recommending it perhaps in place of using Minoxidil if you didn't fancy it. I don't really know the nuts n bolts of its ingredients tbh. Paddy suggested the hairburst vits a while ago and they seem to be helping which is great..
  16. 4 MONTH UPDATE Hi Guys ..just to quickly recap ..my procedure was performed by Dr Sethi and his team over 3 days end Dec last year . Dr Sethi designed the hairline .made all the incisions ,and implanted the hairline Dr Arika and Dr Alook were involved in the extractions throughout the 3 days (about 20%)...and I have to say I’m absolutely over it the moon with how things are turning out so far considering I’m only at the 4 month mark..I’m told I can look forward to more and more density and coverage over the coming months which is an absolutely beautiful feeling for a chap like myself battling hair loss since my early 20s I uploaded a couple of pics Of me at a shopping mall 15 Jan and back to work 20 Jan to display the benefits of the DHT technique that Eugenix use over conventional FUE...the healing is super fast as I think you’ll appreciate from the pics....to sum it up best ..DHT = Speed fast implantation of grafts ;fast healing ;fast growth ... My daily regime has been ; 1.25mg proscar 3 times a week MWF 3000 mg MSM 2 x hair bust vits packed with goodies such as biotin, zinc, selenium, iron etc High protein diet including 2 fruit packed smoothies Try and get 2 litres of water in each day and my secret little weapon is a massaging of organic cold pressed avocado oil each night ..I’ve been doing this since day 14 .:.packed with nourishment for hair shaft and scalp It also appears to have darkened my hair both native and recipient I know their are more pressing matters across the globe at the moment and part of me feels quite churlish about uploading a photo laden and Long winded progress post about ones hair but another part of me thinks now is the time that a lot of hair loss sufferers will be knuckling down to do some intensive research take your time ..do your research carefully then contact Eugenix.... they really are one of the best in my humble opinion.. particularly so if you're a high Norwood. Any feedback or questions don’t hesitate to ask .. I will update again soon Z
  17. Hey Bud I think @Pyrat summed it up perfectly well.. id say if you sat 100 former HT clients down and asked them to give you an honest one word answer to what is the overall most challenging part of the entire process.... The vast vast majority would say without flinching.... The waiting!! One Dr I had a consultation with in Ireland last year advised that he doesn't properly appraise progress until at east 10 months.. As you know I was at Eugenix same time as you having my procedure done.. While I'm a little faster growing than you are at this stage there is no getting away from the fact that we will both end up at the same end game around 10 to 12 months.. Perhaps even up to 18 months.... There's that "waiting game" again 😭. I've seen your immediate post op live with my own eyes on the day you were leaving clinic. I think envious isn't too strong a word to use as to the procedure you'd just had... (cleanliness of the work /hairline design /temple points etc..) Your grafts are just having a lil Sunday morning lie in... They'll be jumping in the shower any moment now Stick with the regime 👍 Z
  18. Unless you've plenty of dough and can get a slot with Dr Reddy.. Steer clear of the UK for HT procedure....
  19. Interesting post Melvin.. While I felt having my head shaved since my mid 20s didn't particularly hold me back with members of the opposite sex I always felt the bald /balding guy always had to try that bit harder with his game Had to dress that bit better, be that bit funnier, earn that bit more, shine in your career, have your own place etc etc.. All the dúcks had to be perfectly in a row to even hope to have a level playing field with a NW 1 We've all seen.. At least I have anyway..how easy a time of it average looking NW 1 s seem to have it with attracting and retaining women... I'm talking 8s 9s 10s I was hopeing I could give you feedback as to how things hsve changed for me with a new hairline framing my face but alas.. COVID struck... Their will probably be a full blown cure for hair loss by the time Tinder lifts its current restrictions on meeting up 😊
  20. Hi Dwh I was at a very similar starting point to you... You're a NW 6.. Myself 6/7 Conversely an advanced stage hairloss guy like yourself is actually less likely to require a second surgery IF you go the right surgeon and commit to taking finasteride to ensure your high sides remain intact. What I mean by less likely to need a second procedure is that you've pretty much lost any DHT sensitive hairs already... Therefore a properly executed HT by a clinic who specialises in large Mega Sessions can absolutely give you a life changing result.. In one pass After 7 years researching and taking my time I had my HT with Eugenix last Dec as this Clinics speciality is restoring guys just like us. My thread "7000 grafts Eugenix 21/23 Dec 19".. I suggest you have a look. 5400 scalp grafts 1400 Beard to Scalp were used and I'm thrilled how things have gone so far... I'll be updating with my 4 month progress next Thursday Any questions.. Please ask Good lúck Z
  21. You can see where the very lower horseshoe In my case (coronet) has been restored through the 3 times a week regime x 1.25 mg.... This area wasn't transplanted into.. Id know choice but to embrace the meds in the hope the very lower miniaturised area would wake up and join the rest of the treated area.. I'm happy how its going so far The post op pic attached is from a couple of weeks ago.. Attaching my 4 month update shortly..
