When I keep cracking on about Eugenix being Gods gift to hair loss sufferers I don't mean to be making it sound like others made a mistake in choosing other Elite doctors in the past ..we all know who the top 6 maybe 8 are dotted around the globe...my point has always been if you are an aggressively high Norwood with typical average ish caucasian donor and don't particularly fancy committing to multiple procedures..then yes I believe ..just like you do...Eugenix are the creme de la creme ..I honestly believe that..if I had of been say a NW 4 or below starting out this time around a few other Docs would of come into play for sure . Z

Hope everyone is keeping well out there .. 9 months and 3 days this morning so I said I’d post a few pics to share how things are progressing along .. I’m very happy how things are improving especially in the crown area ..felt a few pops of new hair last few days so things are playing out just like the Doc assured me ..expect new growth until around month 10 and extra maturing and thickening to month 12 or so I was hung up on mid scalp density for a few months but never gave my hair a proper chance to grow out and attain that layering /shingling effect ..which is now starting to Kick in helping create that extra illusion ..besides a pal of mine said quite rightly ..bud you’re 6ft 2 ..no one sees the top of your mid scalp 99%of the time in real world situations... like I’ve said at the very outset ..don’t let any Clinic tell you that just because you’re a Slick bald NW 6 or above with less than ideal donor characteristics you’re not a suitable FUE mega session candidate ....while true some prospective candidates are indeed unsuitable ..ie too young ,Dupa,badly impaired donors ,unrealistic expectations ..the vast majority can achieve life changing results without the need for Multiple FUTs /FUEs... however it must involve the use of BHT and if you’re wise about it ..the use of Dr Sethi and his team @ Eugenix The first few pics are no product and the last few you will notice the hair pressed down a little with some hair clay hair is approx 3 inches on top at the moment good luck with everyone on your journeys and any questions feel free to ask Z

I still think we all may be jumping the gun just a tad re the final result here ... When you combine the no doubt world class technique applied by the team and the God given top tier physiology of the Big guy ( think Navy Seal good as I've met the OP in person )....I'm still of the view their will be action in that frontal mid scalp recipient.. Hang in there...looks like night and day difference pre and post pics .. To give you hope the Doc advised me to expect "pops " up to the 10 month mark...and that's exactly how its playing out ..two lil bad boys broke through the scalp last night ..crown area... Z

NW 6 via FUE is very much a viable and safe option nowadays once combined with BHT and is performed by a clinic who day in day out perform BHT as part of their Hair restoration solution for higher Norwoods...with great success Erdogan shouldn't ever be recommended above Eugenix for restoring NW6 or above ...the dogs on the street know this ..you very rarely see the use of more than 5500 grafts from this clinic and even more rare the use of Beard grafts ..if ever .. H&W FUT and Eugenix are the only shows in town if you prefer AMAP one pass strategy for aggressive high NWs ... Z

Just curious MHGA...is your parting from right to left as opposed to the more common left to right ...I'm noticing an increase among HT patients for this R to L look ...

Its not a painless procedure for sure ...the injections pinch theres no way around it ..especially so into the hairline....also my very first placement of a graft hurt like hell..down to not enough anesthesia in the area ..I think the tech immediately took the day off after the expletives that came out of my mouth...it all went very smoothly thereafter...the post OP recovery was a breeze to be honest.. but again I'll remind everyone to be very careful on your transfer from clinic to airport on your way home..I gave the top of my scalp a right old bang on getting into the car to go to the airport just hours after my procedure...paranoia over possible sabotaging of my final result has not been fun..I also witnessed a HT guy bang his head on the overhead luggage compartment on plane ride home from Istanbul... You've been warned 😊

I have to back up Ramo on this .. It was Farjo clinic that rejected me 7 years ago and to be honest..I feel like i dodged a bullet based on results since then ... Walk away from this clinic if you are anything above a NW3 would be my advice..

Hi all.. thanks for the support.. with regard to @Roman1973.. I'll give one response and then respectfully request you refrain from participating on my thread thereafter.. As I've previously mentioned the only sexual sides I've ever experienced from my micro dosing of finasteride have been positive ones.. Equating finasteride use to automatically being doomed to becoming impotent into the future is quite frankly ridiculous.. Thank you for noticing my "quite good" result thus far... You've an eye for a good HT 😊 Id prefer to nip this Finasteride debate in the bud and appeal for no more tit for tat exchanges on this thread.. As mentioned roman1973 would be better served creating his own thread on this subject.. I'll be updating with my 9 monther on 23 Sept.. Z

It's like everything in life.. Its all about timing... Back 20 odd years ago Finasteride and Hair restoration wasn't on my radar.. I simply shaved my head kept in shape and got on with my life.. Which by the way i still maintain is the number one solution to hair loss if youre mentally equipped to do this... I was a NW 6 when I finally starting consulting with Docs 7 years ago after growing tired of the daily wet shaving and realising the benefits of the fairly new at the time FUE.... The general consensus back then was that I wasn't a great candidate so i kind of reluctantly went on my merry way and forgot about hair restoration to be honest. I consider myself blessed to have a stumbled across a Joe Tillman youtube Article on Eugenix while on holiday last year which led me to have a rethink.. I sent my pics for evaluation .... Doctors differ patients die they say.... Same is kind of true for HT industry... Doctors differ patients may not quite die but results and outcomes can be night and day difference between Elite v Run of the mill Doctors Id be sitting here right now slick bald wet shaved if I had of fully accepted the "general consensus" back then

Just a quickie update.. coming up on 8. 5 months and the crown area is getting better by the week by the looks of things.. Arrow points at lower horseshoe which wasn't transplanted into .. Finasteride can take the credit here.. Happy sunday folks Z

I just wanted to show how finasteride has helped my very lower horseshoe (coronet ) which wasn’t transplanted into ..I’d almost argue my donor is more robust now post 5600 scalp grafts than pre op...hairs are darker and visibly thicker what’s more ..Dr Sethi needs to now be mentioned in the same breath as Konior and Wong for crowns ...very very few Doctors In my humble opinion could have achieved what he has managed to do with regard to my extreme one pass case . Z
