  1. 7 MONTHS TODAY ... Hi All im attaching a random few pics to give you an idea of different lighting etc Dr Sethi advised me that I still have around 15 % of grafts to pop through (1000) so I’m happy about that .. that ..along with the the expected thickening and maturing normally expected in the final few months of a year long process leaves me feeling excited for the final result ...I got an inch taken off by the barber last month but gonna take Melvins advise and grow it all out to around 4 inches and see what happens ive attached a β€œPaul Hollywood β€œ for Melvins amusement 😊 I think I’ve got second procedure written all over me to address the crown at some point in the future ...let’s see how we are with grown out recipient at 12 months before I go down that road though any questions /comments please fire away Z
  2. I guess the Aussie government is right that transplants are not a matter of life or death..... Theyre far more important than that πŸ˜‚
  3. if ever there was a case for meds over surgery this is it... Combo per Melvins advice and you should be good to go.
  4. Even if you get 20% more to pop from 3500 grafts thats aroung 700 badboys you've still to bring to the party.. Throw in the thickening and maturing that we all count on from months 6 onwards and its KERRRCHING!!!.. Grow out donor a smart play πŸ‘Œ The waiting games a bitch... Hang in there.. all the heavy lifting is behind you. Z
  5. to be truthful.. Although Dr Sethi was the Doctor involved in my procedure... The sweet spot taking into account the new pricing structure is Dr Arika...id have her perform a HT procedure on my scalp in a heartbeat... People on here would be sure to ask themselves "which Doctor was responsible for Fluffheads staggering 6 month resultπŸ€”?".... See above. Z
  6. and so they should be.. as they're world class. You're gonna have to go with your gut. Therefore I'd strongly recommend having a video consultation with your top 3.. and assess whose bedside manner sits most comfortably with you. I suspect i know the answer whose will. Z
  7. @Dodocc.. haha i guess I am alright.. Hard not to be when you see daily on this forum patients been given the run around re false promises etc etc from various clinics.. its not wanting any forum members to make a mistake in choosing their clinic is where my motivation lies.. Having said that.. You're in a very strong position.. Norward 3V with pretty much cost no barrier. . A dream world starting point in otherwords.. providing you embrace finasteride to ring fence whatever procedure you may have as you said your loss is very progressive. You won't go wrong with any of the docs on your list whilst you're in 3V territory.. My Drum beating of Eugenix was mostly based on you being higher Norwood, not wanting min of 2 procedures, not having to ensure lengthy waiting lists and also value world class after care.. Which is what they offer. I suggest you have a look at @Fluffhead His restoration is..put simply.. as good as it gets.. Z
  8. @Portugal25.. Just a quick clarification.. There is no "tech only" package on offer @Eugenix.. Whether you choose top tier Dr Sethi or Mid tier Dr Bansal or for that matter entry level procedure with the other in house Doctors the prospective patient will always benefit from a thorough Doctor consultation, Doctor hairline planning and design, Doctor (critically important slits making), Doctor hairline implantation of grafts, Doctor part extraction of grafts.. Thats a lot of "Doctors" involement right there... At no stage whatsoever are techs albeit highly trained and experienced techs.. Involved in any of the above.. So to answer your question @Dodocc.. You'll soon come to realise that the vast majority of patients don't really care whether its just a Doctor only on his her own gave them their fab life changing result or whether it was a Doctor ably assisted by a highly skilled and experienced tech team that gave them their result.... You just want the Result!!. Your best bet in my honest opinion... When all is considered.. Least of all cost.... is Γ believe.. Eugenix.. Z
  9. Your username is "Do"docc... Well "DO" yourself a massive favour and contact Eugenix.... While no doubt the Docs you've engaged with are top notch... If you happen to be a gentleman with a NW6 or above scenario..you need to put Eugenix no 1 on your list... At the very least you can enjoy the fact that you'll be most probably looking at a one pass procedure for restoration.. avoiding all the hassle and cost both mental and financial of having to have 2 procedures for full coverage (a most likely suggestion by any of the aforementioned Doctors)... Whats more... None would have the day to day particular set of BHT expertise except perhaps Bisanga... Good luck Z
  10. "just go to Eugenix.. nΓ³ matter where you are in the world".... Never a truer statement said..... Cuts through all the bullshit!!!! I've been of that view right from the very moment I happened across them last October... So I put my money where my mouth is... And booked!!
  11. @Looking for HT... Cheers Bigguy.. 😊 Were all looking forward to seeing your 7 month progress shortly.. πŸ‘ E39... In the neighbourhood of 2000 grafts were planted in the crown..... I more viewed it as my whole head being the crown as such.. from front to lower horseshoe and asked that they go for amap in a sΓngle sitting..mine was a little tricky as I had evidence of a farely rare scenario... A "coronet" . ie.. I had a horseshoe..followed by a miniaturised bridge of hair.. then a further mini horshoe beneath this to which no grafts were placed.. The strategy agreed was that finasteride should help thicken this miniaturised "coronet" and that all going well.. Theyre would be a joining up of sorts... The medicated coronet and the transplanted horseshoe. Hope thΓs helps Z
  12. @Fluffhead... Appreciation of the work that's been carried from a guy thats been down a similar road to me is always especially nice to hear.... Cheers man.. Youre the new poster boy for HTs the world over.. ZERO indication of anything ever been done.... Donor or recipient.. Apart from the rock star locks that is!! Its a WIN!!! Z
  13. Thanks Melvin... I can tell you one thing for sure.... Should you decide to go with Eugenix for your next procedure while utilising BHT.... You're days of using concealer are most likely over... 100%!!
  14. Hi @BeHappy....what seems to be your stumbling block .??? bear in mind I was deemed an β€œunsuitable candidate β€œ by a surgeon in UK with a very impressive amount of letters and awards next to his name ......and that was 7 years ago .... the higher the NW the more expertise is required ....you need the best in the business in otherwords working on your scalp ... Have you sent your pics for Evaluation to the team who worked on myself ?...Eugenix led by Drs Sethi and Bansal ...
  15. @Coady..here you go with an outdoors top down midscalp.... next few months is when the real magic happens hopefully... Z
  16. @BaldingEagle1.. Thanks man... My biggest hope is that all high NW folks on here doing their research get lots of hope that all is most certainly not lost in gaining not just their hair back.. But so much more along the way too Good luck... Z
  17. The acid test ..out and about daylight pic .. I’ll be 7 months gone on 23 July . roll on next few months maturation phase πŸ™πŸ™ thanks @Curious25 Z
  18. I have to say i found mixing a couple of drops of rosemary oil into an approx tea spoon size amount of Avocado oil appears to have really augmented my result up to date... I massage into scalp at night before bed on average 4 times a week... Its a real treat... Helped soften the beard hair grafts too.. To a point I can't tell the difference between scalp and beard
  19. @xabi86...thanks for your feedback.. I travelled from Dublin via istanbul to Delhi... It was a cinch really and picked that route intentionally factoring in airport and airplane staff would be well used to seeing post procedure HT guys in transit for return leg home... Whch proved to be the case.. Top tip.. For return trip home.. Be sure to go to every fast track channel you see and humbly explain you've just had a procedure done and would appreciate being let through.. I sailed through all checks at both Delhi and istanbul and also was allowed board first on each flight home...have the clinic issued letter confirming the procedure in your hand just in case they want a quick look. All the best Z
  20. "If Carslberg did HTs"....... Break some of that density off for me pal 😊... #halloffame....... πŸ‘
  21. Looks a milliion dollars Anil πŸ‘Œ Even the dogs on the street can see its fab result.. Well done to all concerned πŸ‘ Z
  22. @Panamera13 @540Oak @Looking for HT Thank you all guys.. wish all of you the best on your own journeys.. Z
  23. @Fluffhead... Thanks man.. Au naturale all the way.. The times I tried waxs or creams makes it look more see through I'm waiting for the thickening to kick in now especially needed in hairline and mid scalp.. I'm attaching some outdoor pics while out for a stroll last night.. The HT feels much better on my head v seeing it in some harsh lighting pics.. If that makes any sense 😊. Looking forward to your next update πŸ‘ @rob7331@rob7331... Good choice if you decide on Eugenix.. Can't speak highly enough of them.. I get the impression from a lot of other clinics especially in Turkey that once you're done the Doc is hard to engage with directly Re after care queries.. In my and my other Irish friends cases any queries or questions we had were dealt with pretty much on the spot.. By the Doctor themselves.. id say Dr Arika is doing temple work in the vast majority of her procedures.. It brings that element of youth to the frame of face.. Kinda wish I did it myself but I was all out on grafts. Good luck with whomever you choose Z
  24. Thank you Melvin .. and on behalf of us all on here can I say a big thank you for keeping the HRN show on the road ...it’s very much appreciated by us all ..
