It’s only been a few days of use with Alpecin Caffeine shampoo but I sense it’s helping recover the thickness in the crown after my shed ... or perhaps it’s all imagined I’m not quite sure 😊

I hear you re the what you’ve been missing out on all those years ... people in general just seem ...friendlier 🤔...and yes ..chicks do seem to do more “double takes “...when there’s a frame to face .. that’s another conversation altogether 😊

Hey Fluff Re the 1500 -2000 grafts possible 2nd pass .. only one way to find out !! Something you said a while back stuck with me "You're prepared to do whatever it takes to get to the desired final result you're looking for "..ie youd have a 2nd procedure If needs be .. Something tells me you wont be needing one 😊 Z

So reading between the lines If one suffers from anagen desynchronisation like I appear to have we can only hope to enjoy up to 80% of transplanted hair volume at any one time come final result...?

Hi All Hope everyone is safe and well out there ..I’m just past the 10 months mark at this stage . Got a barber cut 2 weeks ago where he cut it way to short as they tend to do 😊..chopped me down real good .. I feel If anything there has been a slight disimprovement along the side part from crown to mid scalp ..just wondering might it be a seasonal shed or perhaps hairs taken from above my ear or nape of neck have actually lost the battle with DHT as I had retrograde alopecia going into the HT..or perhaps it’s stress related as it’s been one sure Annus horribilís my side . On a positive the Donor appears to have bounced back great .. Started using Alpecin caffeine shampoo to try and help thicken things up Z

I think beard grafts evolve into very similar texture to native scalp hair ..so much so as it makes little to no difference in my opinion in terms of aesthetics on the scalp.

Sure ..I got real lucky in that prices increased in Jan 2020..I was one of the very last patients to enjoy the Dr Sethi led premium package @ 120 INR ..less 20% for booking and paying deposit 3 months in advance....the above subject to 18% GST Z

@n00b..thank you.. My mid scalp density is exactly as it should be ..I suffererd from excess paranoia re my midcscalp growth because as I've explained earlier I gave the top of my head a significant bump on the inside roof of the car taking me to the airport at 3am while still groggy from the relaxers during surgery..apparently it happens more than you think . Also up to recently I wasnt allowing the hair grow out sufficiently long to help create the illusion requires for the layering effect..to help cover scalp see through. My hair was about 3 inches at 9 month update..I believe sweet spot is 4 . Z

I buzzed mine all over both recipient and donor once the shedding took place ..2.5 weeks...and continued to buzz every 10 days or so up to month 4 where I then started to grow it out.. I think Asmed and the like suggest waiting 6 months before a buzz which quite frankly is ridiculous.. Technically after 7 to 10 days you can do what you like upstairs without being too reckless..
