  1. Incredible result... Very happy for you and well done to the team.. 👏
  2. Sure... I'll be posting a 3month update in a coupe of weeks but in the meantime you can see how I got on with my recent posts "7000 grafts Eugenix 21 to 23 Dec 2019" from a couple of days ago. Z
  3. @kingk.. In my view your tailor made for 1 mega session with Dr Arika at Eugenix. Why on earth commit to 2 recoveries both emotional and physical when you can knock it out of the park in one go for the same financial investment... 7K graft procedure in India or a 5k and 12 month later circa 2 K procedure with any of the other scenarios you've mentioned be it Canada or Turkey It's a no brainer... I'm saying this as your Doner is perfectly suitable for a graft count procedure very similar to mine I hád 5600 scalp and 1400 beard grafts extracted over 3 days 21 to 23 Dec 2019 I would give the same advice to any 5 and above Norwood with acceptable donor.. You need to seek out a clinic that performs and what's more relishes mega session procedures on a daily basis.. That clinic is located in Delhi Its name is Eugenix..... Over tó you and Best of luck Z
  4. Just a quick heads up on Vertex ..if you’ll excuse the pun ..happy to note some action !! Z
  5. @Pyrat @HairFunk Hi Guys ive decided i cant tolerate grown out donor back and sides whilst in ugly duckling phase ..just too painful...so just before I do this weeks buzz this is how it looks after about a week post #1 buzz ... FYI I’m 10 weeks post op ... Z
  6. Hi @LonelyGraft @Silent1234 @Pyrat @Melvin-Moderator the attached were taken 4 days post op ive been rather controversially buzzing my head ALL over including recipient since start of shed in my case week 2..with the clinics blessing ..I buzz down to number one all over each week ...however for the month of March I’m growing it out to find a truer reflection of donor which I’m my view healed fantastic and very rapidly as you can see from the attached last 3 pics pre op @ clinic happy growing guys stay tuned for grown out somewhat updated in a couple of weeks PS the brownish residue you can see it some remnants of the betadine scrub it was suggested I use to help with donor.. used for one week and was great help Z
  7. Hi @mphair These pics are 2 weeks post op around the time I started to shed Remember I was pretty much slick bald Front to back.. Horseshoe the lot.. Fucked in other words 5600 grafts were taken from scalp and 1400 grafts from beard.. I'm hopeful of a good result if lady luck is on my side.. Id be hopeful for you too should you choose Eugenix.. Whatever the hell they're doing at this place. Its a godsend for High Norwoods Best of luck.. Z
  8. I only started meds with surgery... 9 weeks ago now FYI 5600 grafts were scalp to scalp. . 1400 were beard to scalp I made Eugenix aware of my plan to wear back and sides donor really short with long slick back on top to help with the illusion of density Illusion of density doesn't only apply to recipient area in my view... Buzzing donor very short also gives the " illusion. Of density" here also... No visible scarring... In my case anyhow.
  9. Hi @Min12 Attached is donor today.. I shaved to 0.5 last Monday 17th so I guess what you're looking at is now a #1 guard Im taking 1.25mg proscar every M/W/F along with massaging some avocado oil onto recipient area each night.. Its my substitute for minox.. It increases blood flow to the scalp apparently.. I'm a minox shredder so not for me Interesting to note that my very lower crown ( coronet) which wasnt treated by surgery has now appeared to have filled in... Cán only be a result of the meds.. I've had zero sides... And if anything its been a plus in the "boudoire Dept" 😊 Immediate pre op below Z
  10. Hi Pyrat I would have to disagree with previous poster... My situation is very similar to yours.. Ie tight hairstyles preferred, calling on clients daily doing one ón one presentations... I had 7000 grafts implanted over 3 days with Eugenix finishing 23 Dec 2019 On the 19th Jan I attended a 4 day work event where we showcased our new ranges for the year on Major bright lights exhibition stand.. And no one... Not work colleagues / clients.. Who many would be friends noticed a thing Donor / recipient healed beyond belief.. Having said that I had undergone a huge shed after about 2 weeks so I looked exactly like I did pre op... Ie almost completey slick bald apart from a tiny tuft at the front I've some previous posts whereby you can see my original hair condition and some post op pics too.. I'm waiting until end of march to share the magic 3 month supposed start of visible growth stage The attached pic is me while attending the exhibition 19 Jan 2020.. One proviso..... I'm not so Confident any other clinic could have done such refined work... I note the previous poster had his work done In another clinic.. While he's had a great end result by the looks of things I sense his early recovery in terms of aesthetics on public view were more the industry norm.. Ie... How he explained it himself. The DHT technique with Eugenix ain't the industry norm Good luck sir Z
  11. @jayking congratulations on arriving at the tough decision to finally go ahead and have a procedure... And perhaps even more commendable having the wisdom to choose such a great clinic who are consistently producing "off the charts" results.. Youve a fortunate dilemma to contend with... Its like buying a new Ferrari then losing sleep as to what colour to go for.. Their is no wrong decision.. Black, silver, white.. They're all delicious. Dr A or Dr S led surgery... You can't lose They're both world leaders in their field I'm in the same boat as Paddy... Touching NW7 I had 7000 grafts implanted over 23 hours 21 to 23 Dec... That's as extreme a restoration as things go in the FUE world and it was like a walk in the park for the Eugenix team. I'm starting to have early growth already and only at the start of week 8 Whoever pioneered the use of DHT id like to say a big Thank you. Good luck with everything Z
  12. @Walter..hi ..this is 2 weeks post 5600 from scalp and 1400 from beard.. I was an aggressive NW 6..pretty much slick bald . This is the quality you can expect from Eugenix .
  13. Hi @Walter.. Good question and I suppose if we all could wave a magic wand and find out exactly who is the best graft for graft we all would be making an airplane flight directly to where he or she is located . I've been researching HTs on and off since 2012..I've came across some really well regarded Docs who have excellent ethics and have much got the patients interests in mind ...BUT ..at the end of the day the results were only OK... Without over generalising pretty much any half decent HT physician can adequately restore a NW 4 downwards to NW 2/1.. what most people who are in search of gold standard hair restoration are seeking in my view is the clinic that can give optimum results to your NW 5 and up patients who are also are not blessed with good or above average donor .. After much research I decided to have my procedure done with Doctors Sethi and Bansal and their dedicated team @Eugenix in December last year .. I'm my view ..if you're a high NW around average donor and want maximum bang for your buck as regards restoring your original hair situation.....I'd save yourself a lot of time and effort researching and simply what's app your pics over to the team @eugenix for evaluation. I'm thrilled the way my doner healed within a matter of days ..no Swelling..no pain ( and I'm honest when I say that ) after having 5600 scalp grafts extracted ..my total was a 7000 graft procedure. 1400 beard grafts were also extracted . The recovery in my case was super quick due to the super refined technique used by the team .( DHT).. I came home to Dublin via Istanbul a few hours after my final procedure and their were many what I would say we're " price driven " patients with scary looking procedures on their head . Never source a procedure based on price . I overheard a lady sitting just behind two guys on my flight home to Dublin ..they had procedures done in Turkey ..and in her innocence asked " Sorry ..have you 2 been in a car accident ?"...as they're was dry concealed blood along each of their foreheads whilst also wearing big bandages ... That's not a scenario you'll be met with @Eugenix To answer your question The 🏆 goes to all the team@eugenix India .. particularly so if you are a NW 5 or above .. Send those pics today ... 👍 Hope this helps Z
  14. Best of luck... You're a resilient guy that deserves a successful outcome this time around... Which I'm sure you'll get. Z
  15. @LonelyGraft apologies 5600 scalp.. Well spotted @Tbcruz from memory I was 23 hours on chair over 3 days as post above referred to... 21 to 23 Dec.. Z
  16. @Tbcruz...there you go sir ..taken in Amsterdam airport on my way home around 12 hrs post procedure ...7000 grafts implantation doesn’t get any cleaner than this .....period !! if there was such a thing as NW 6 A ..I was it ...just a wee tuft of hair on front slick bald elsewhere.. Z
  17. Just thought I’d attach a pic to show you all how refined the DHT work is with Dr Sethi and his outstanding team at Eugenix I had a very important 4 day exhibition to attend exactly 3 weeks after I swung my legs off the chair @ Eugenix 5400 scalp and 1400 beard to scalp were planted and as you can see the recipient area healed magnificently Not one work colleague mentioned a thing nor did any of my clients of which many came and visited at the show ( which was under bright lights ) pic is unfiltered no flash iPhone 8 And was taken at the show 3 weeks post 7000 grafts in truth i was able to walk out about in public a matter of a few days post procedure without drawing any undue attention to myself such was the quality of the work done . I will be updating soon with more pics around the 3 month mark all the best Z
  18. Hi Paddy You're 100% correct regarding Dr Pradeep and Dr Arika in that they do not over harvest the donor area, in fact I'd say their donor management expertise is among the best in the industry. Thanks Paddy for all your meticulous research and for passing on such valuable knowledge and support... It was instrumental in my own decision in deciding to proceed with my own HT just before Christmas.. Im waiting a few more weeks to upload my own progress once the early growth is visible... My own donor happened to heal super quickly with no pain whatsoever. Keep up the great work on the forum Paddy .. Happy growing!! Z
  19. @Donjamo...best of luck with your progress and recovery .. Thanks for sharing Z
  20. @paddyirishmanHiya Paddy Sorry I didn't get a chance to reply to you sooner re how did I approach the travel end of things ..a query I think first brought up by Lenney I intentionally flew through instanbul with Turkish airlines with the idea my return leg would be less stressful my thinking being personnel and general population throughout the airport would be somewhat desensitized to see guys waking around with surgical caps on their head and that goes for Onboard the aircraft and indeed immigration in Ireland would be aware plane just in from istanbul..guy with surgical cap on..wave.him through ..and that indeed was the way it turned out for me " looking for HT " gave me a great tip which also contributed to a super smooth transit home ...don't be shy in approaching fast track channels everywhere you see them and humbly ask can you go through..." I've just had surgery I get dizzy standing in Q s sir "....Go ahead was the reply every time and that goes for boarding aircraft too ...I'll be taking a blue surgical cap on all future travels regardless of HT or not 😉😁.....I arrived in 7 am 20 th ....I guess with hindsight an absolutely ideal time of arrival into Delhi would be mid afternoon ...arrival at clinic late afternoon...bloods and consultation evening and surgery start 10 am next day ....there was a bit of needless hanging around on day of arrival which I ended up happily doing some promotional work for the clinic ...as they really do life changing work at Eugenix I had a 7 am flight on the way home which involved a 3 am transfer from the clinic ..at the airport around 3.30...and everything went super smoothly o have to say ...my procedure ended 5pm 23 Rd and such was the high I was on with the job finally done I didn't actually sleep before my pick up to airport ....all told ...I don't think youll ever go to far wrong if you can aim to be in mid afternoon day before actual surgery and aim to leave late night into early morning post surgery ..I was anxious would I be fit to travel after 3 days work on my head for just over 7000 grafts ....such is the work of the DHT technique by Eugenix you have absolutely nothing to woory about heading for airport a few hours after surgery regardless of size of surgery Hope this helps some users Happy new year to all the forum members and yourself Paddy Z
