  1. Its easy to point fingers and state payam is overreacting. However, being someone that suffers from anxiety myself, a hair transplant can really trigger negative thoughts and emotions. I am currently one month post op in full ugly duckling stage and the last 4 weeks have been a roller coaster. In my mind I get caught up in negative thoughts similar to payam and that’s why I have so much empathy for him. please try to be considerate of his emotional state of mind. Yes, it may not be the exact way you would handle the situation but we are all not the same and some of us can handle a certain situation better than others. i really hope payams results transform into what he’s looking for. There is still a lot of time and like others have said the work is not bad. Payam- please stay strong my friend
  2. Can you post his last response? Is the patient coordinator ignoring u too?
  3. What did u ask the clinic that they started to ignore you?
  4. This is just my theory but if you’re really worried about if your generic fin is working or not you can take a dht blood test before and after taking it. Not sure if this will 100% work but just my thoughts
  5. Good job skipping over everyone’s questions
  6. I’ve been on the big 3 plus copper peptides for over 10 years. I’m currently 1 month out from surgery for my hairline and temple restoration. I really want to simplify my regimen moving forward and want to stop using copper peptides and just stick to the big 3. Is this ok or can changing my regimen affect my results in any way? im honestly not sure how much the copper peptides have helped throughout these years
  7. Looks like Norwood 2. Personally I would try meds to see where they would take me with that amount of loss. I wouldn’t look into transplants just yet (but that’s only my opinion).
  8. Harry I would ask your doctor about using clippers on your recipient area that soon. My doctor recommends no clippers in the recipient for the first 5 months.
  9. Looks great. How long did ur shedding last? Do u have pics of ur hair during the shedding period?
  10. Hey all im exactly 4 weeks post op today. As I was getting into my car I hit my head rather hard on my door pillar right where my hairline was grafted. I did have my hat on. There was no bleeding just a bit of redness. Could I have done permanent damage?
  11. Thanks for updating us with your progress ab2000. Looks like you’ve come a long way.
  12. Looking mint. What were dr ciniks comments regarding the spot with less density?
  13. I personally believe there is a huge auto immune correlation with people that suffer from various types of hair loss including male pattern baldness
  14. John do u use any treatments like finasteride and minoxidil? that peony shampoo looks very interesting. Do u think it’s suitable to use daily?
  15. Thanks that helps. No tenderness in the recipient however?
  16. JL, did you experience any scalp tenderness or itching once the initial shedding began in the recipient? Also, how soon after surgery did ur shedding start?
  17. Thanks. I saw these shampoos when I was out shopping, which one specifically do u use? Ur hair looks quite healthy
  18. Were you one of the rare people that didn’t shed all of their grafts? also what shampoo did u use during the first few months?
  19. Thanks, so I take it this is normal? Are these grafts shocked and not grow because of that?
  20. Hey all i just had an fue procedure done a little over 2 weeks ago. I’m planning on taking a 4-5 hour road trip from California to Vegas. It’s quite sunny on this drive. My question is even if there is no direct sun on my scalp during the drive, should I still wear a hat? I understand uv rays still penetrate the glass and skin can still be affected by them without direct contact.
  21. Hair is looking better bro. Slicked back like that other photo would help
