    Oh ok, so it wasn’t preexisting? I’ve heard doctors like bisanga claim that scalp issues like seb derm need to be controlled prior to surgery or it can affect the outcome. I’d imagine it would have to be quite severe however. I don’t think your pre op pics show a bad scalp condition either.

    Thank you doctor. Do you feel it is safe for a patient to use a potent corticosteroid such as clobetasol for two months leading up to the surgery?

    Hello everyone i got got a few questions for the veterans 1. Any recommendations for a good travel pillow to use after surgery to keep my head propped up? 2. How long after surgery can I typically start using shampoos like nizoral, tgel, and tsal (they r a bit harsh) 3. Is it advised to stop vitamins and fish oil before surgery? If so, why? 4. How many days do I have to apply saline spray to my head after surgery? 5. Is it safe to be out and about exploring the city (in my case Madrid) 2 days after surgery? 6. I’m a light sleeper. Should I look into taking ambien or Xanax before and after surgery? thanks in advance

    Hey guys, im a 33 year old male from the US and im scheduled to have my first procedure with Dr. Lorenzo in Spain. The procedure is in 2 months and I’m quite excited and nervous at the same time. I’m just wondering if there are threads outlining a list of things one should take for an international hair transplant. Things I’m looking for are specific neck pillows to use post surgery to keep propped up, hats to wear during my stay in Spain and on the flight back, etc. thanks in advance

    Seems like joe is constantly shifting his surgeon recommendations which make me think it's all about $. He doesn't have Dr. K listed on his recommended docs anymore.

    Good input. I've seen some good results from baubac but I feel like he barely has any published results? What makes u think so highly of baubac? Hairline design?
