Caucasian M41, NW3/2500 Grafts Eugenix, India

What size punch was used in your case? -
Who the hell said they can give you 100 grafts/cm2? That’s higher than native donor density for many people. If a clinic promises me that number, id immediately take them off my list as that’s straight up bs.

Pics of donor dyed brown and faded? I’ve heard salt and pepper hides Scarring well. Would be interesting to see what it looks like after all being dyed

Probably the international hair loss forum and maybe Italian forum belli capelli (not sure if I can link them here)

OP, @Portugal25 has given you very solid advice all around. -
If you research this topic like I have for over a decade you’ll come to realize that true androgenetic alopecia really stands up to its name. Let’s break it down.... ”Andro”: androgens aka hormones ”genetic”: genetics aka your dna so, it’s a reaction that begins with your androgens starting a cascade of events based on your hairs susceptibility (determined by your genes) to hormone levels. You can’t change your genes as of 2020 but you can alter your hormones thru drugs such as fin/dut. now, there are some things that happen downstream after dht starts the balding process that has been identified (inflammatory immune responses, prostaglandins, etc) but there aren’t really any proven drugs or products out to address this. Minoxidil might work on some of these levels but it’s still not proven by what EXACT mechanism(s) I works. if you’re truly suffering from male pattern baldness and nothing else, imo, the most effective, proven, and affordable products are finasteride, minoxidil, and ketoconazole shampoo. If you are having side effects with finasteride you can try to play with lower doses or look into topical formulations to try and mitigate side effects even though it is venturing into some unknown territory. imo everything else out there including massage, blood flow, supplements, vitamins, shampoos, etc won’t do much of anything if you have male pattern baldness.

Still very early. I wouldn’t get too caught up until month 8-10

How does your donor look after your first procedure? I’d highly recommend in person consultations for thorough evaluations. You have a solid list of ethical doctors many of which take on intense repair cases much worse than yours (hlc, Lorenzo). i def agree with the above poster that advised to cut your losses with asmed and move on, ive never seen them off anything else outside of free touch ups. Only once I read a story of a guy who got his free touch up and asmed paid for his flight after he got a spot of necrosis. good luck

Thank you. What is the normal range of punch sizes eugenix utilizes for Indian patients like this who have thick hair and seemingly high counts of hairs per graft?

Looking for FUE Clinic advice..
LonelyGraft replied to Kingthin's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Imo hlc does great work. At your price range you can look at bruno Ferreira and also ximena villa (also worked with Lorenzo for many years and now has her own clinic) in Madrid. Last I heard both are 2.5 euros/graft
