  1. quite alot. Your donor looks really thick something Zarev could work with
  2. 100%. One of the best in Europe. His crown work is one of the best. I had consult with him last december & was impressed with him he advised not to get a transplant atm & it was just my crown which is quite thin as I wasnt on medication & better to wait. Cant be compared to turkey who would have taken my case asap.
  3. Im already using minox. Its working quite well for me. Face if some hair will be fine that is overblown. Little bit of hair easily removed. If excessive I would consider Laser if no bad effects from OM.
  4. just oral minox? im starting it in a few days. So wuite curious about this
  5. Zarev's demand would have went quite alot after this Best transplant of all time imo. The density is incredible
  6. January 22. this year I rang & spoke to Secretary & booked with her. Online is no good. Need to travel to Bulgaria for consult as well.
  7. good the surgeon turned you down. Just means you are not a candidate for that surgeon Pitella,Eugenix & Zarev would take your case im sure
  8. @HugoXdo you know Zarev's waiting list fir surgery how long do you have to wait after consult to get the surgery now considering demand has gone up.
  9. Very impressive. Have yo been using topical minox before starting oral. I have started back topical minoxidil it has already thickened up my crown. Minox is underrated imo. I had great results years ago too should never have stopped.
  10. The issue is Finesteride is risky. Sides can happen anytime & there is a small chance of PFS.. Having to take a drug for the rest of your life is a huge committment especially for a drug than can affect your mental health If you believe Merck's side affects percentage you are very naive. Also many men are not going to be open about suffering from ED or having mental issues. A reason sides are reported more online in anonymity. Hair Transplant doctors prescribing it without blood work is failure in terms of duty of care towrads the patient. More studies & blood work need to be done to see what people are at risk of side affects. That way we could determine who is more safe to take the medication So it is a tough call
  11. we have no data whether it can maintain hair long term I have started back topical which actually worked quite well in the past Oral I will try in the future & i think it will help. But can it maintain hair long term on its own. That I think is very unclear
  12. no one goes bald in the donor. So you wont lose all tarnsplanted hair although yo may lose quite a bit later in life that said who knows what the industry will be like in 10-20 years. Can easily see improvements in BHT & less regrowth in donor possibly OP I would look at Zarev. Worth waiting for him as he will get the most out of donor
  13. it wont regrow all the donor hair. But i think it is getting getting carried away to say that the scars being healed looks very promising that some hair wlll grow back
  14. My body fat is very low & I have always worked out. Dont drink smoke or eat any junk food ever. Still got sides after 2 years & I didnt believe in PFS before hand. Now many people will be fine & I agree about blood work before hand. But i would say people willing to take Propecia are in better shape in most cases than the average public Bicer,Pitella,Zarev,Saidi are 4 that I know who dont prescribe propecia. Zarev does topically in some patients
  15. I think we have slowly saw more Hair transplants doctors not recommend propecia That is damning really because ideally it is needed to maintain hair Topical is worth a try. Oral I would be every careful of. I took it 2 years no issues. Then permanent sexual side affects which will never return to 100%. Now i am ok now with being 70% now but i do wonder what would it be like to be back to what I was. I did have some insomnia too but very mild. Was ok otherwise. Dr Saifi said years ago many of his patients had side affects & he didnr recommend it. Any time i mentioned it to someone they also mentioned someone who had bad side affects.
  16. looking very good very age appropriate 2nd transplant would really help too not only more hair on top but actually thinning out the donor more will have less of a contrast between the top the sides
  17. I disagree that the crown shouldnt be transplanted on this stage. its more so about whether the patient as the donor supply to meet there possible highest norwood level. I
