  1. Don't think he would give me permission He has a consult with pittella soon Quoted 4500k grafts Zarev quoted me 2300k grafts in March 23
  2. i do think pittella's results show the benefit of oral minox. Not that he isnt an incredible surgeon. most of his patients are on that its worked better for me than finasteride which i was on for 2 years but had to stop. i have a twin brother & my hair is much better than is. Before i took OM & topical minox he had a stronger crown than me now im quite a bit ahead
  3. yeah he will take up to 80% if necessary & you donor will still look decent but need to be kept short i saw a case of 18k scalp grafts
  4. @GeneralNorwood you made the righ call going to Zarev im sure he will get you fixed
  5. Yeah I would had quite a lot if grafts left Other surgeons just cause too much damage Really they need to fine tune the extraction Hopefully in a few years we see more widespread improvements
  6. Just looks so thick. I might ask zarev to thicken mine a bit Your results are incredible already
  7. makes sense he would have too many patients now at 5euro per graft where did u see that? I do think he will have a surgeon trained in at some time hopefully
  8. Great Post Other surgeons need to step up there game in regards to the extraction of grafts No doubt about it
  9. thats brillant. lots of grafts left for the future too. donor looks super
  10. we need a pitella section at this point. He is doing so many mega sessions. Pretty much all excellent results. Other surgeons need to up their game
  11. i actually think using both is a great option. 2.5mg orally along with 5% minox. Im reluactant to stop topical because it works for me
  12. i have lost weight on OM. it can certaintly cause weight gain though due to water retention
  13. @Melvin- Admin considering his results would you consider Pittella for one transplant to thicken some areas? not that you need it just the icing on the cake
  14. that reminded me @mtb did your brother have a procedure with Pittella?
  15. how do you see hair transplants evolving in the future & improving? We are seeing some surgeons harvesting far more grafts then in the past
