Think the shock loss argument is an excuse by doctors who just are not confident to transplant in the crown I had shockloss was not on finesteride. It will grow back & they can plan for some shockloss transplanting It can be done so long the surgeon is confident yo have the donor supply for the future

What im thinking is you could remove all the donor have no scarring & just use if for the top would be worth a try if it worked in terms of no scarring in the donor Better than the horseshoe

if hair didnt grow back and scars healed could leave the option to take all the hair in the donor a permanent fade

does looks like your thinning alot in that pic. But your hair longer will make your hair look better Good idea to go to Zarev in the future. But i would only do a small procedure for hairline atm.

Got PFS in 2017. 5 years later i have not fully recovered. But i dont dwell on it too much. I am able to have sex at least & it no longer affects my life or think about that much. I do wonder will it affect me having children. I produce far less sperm than previously. I didnt get any other PFS symtoms bar some sleep issues. Sides happened with me after 2 years. I wasnt anxious at all taking the drug in 2015 i thought PFS was fake tbh. The drug in general seems dangerous. Sides could happen at any time. I think as a young man it could be very risky in terms of having children. Can reduce your sperm count by quite a lot. The crazy thing is that Hairloss still worries me more despite having overcome PFS. This is even after my GF not caring about it at all. I really believe hairloss has such a negative affect on so many men's mental state

it is hard to tell. But you said you have a thick head of hair. The horseshoe shadow you have looks quite dark. Makes me think yo have a good donor. You have 3 options imo Zarev,Pitella or Eugenix. Maybe H&W too
