  1. just to save grafts for the rest of your scalp. They can of course just probably not that wise
  2. i would only go for a dense pack if I was a Norwood 2-3. Save grafts for future. But thats juts my opinion. Most important is too pick a good surgeon
  3. If no medication. High hairline. Little grafts as possible used. Dont go for a dense pack. Be prepared for more surgeries in the future
  4. it looks ok. You juts dont have enough hair in the new hairline or above it. Should grow your hair to layer over this part. It was a bad transplant that you got the is causing the biggest issue
  5. alot of these smp density results look better fresh on IG because the Ink is in the hair too btw. But it is a good solution. Because the US & other counrie have some better smp artists
  6. results from 2nd session it is looking good. But I had a huge fade after the first session. So I will see in 7-8 days how it looks. I have a 3rd session then. A 4th for free if it needs another
  7. i juts had the 2nd session. Im doing 3 overall. It looks very good but ill see if it fades again. If it does then its not looking good.
  8. Juts had my 2nd session. It looked great but it fades so quickly with me. Ill have to wait after the 3rd to see how it is. It is important not to go too dark though then you will be in trouble later on possibly.
  9. seems a good plan to use Body Hair to to not waste scalp donor there will shock loss i think but it will come back
  10. Been doing Laser on off. Started back again. But i dont see stopping my hairloss but worth a try I have not thinned in the front in 5 years. Its all trabsplanted apart from forelock which is fine. My midscalp has quite a few grafts also
  11. I tried topical 5ars years ago. my body is too sensitive now to them Below is March 2015. been losing hair since 16. But not that fast
  12. I lost hair after stopiing minox. I do think the oral form would help me. The only problem is finiding someone who would give me a prescription. The excess body hair wold worry me also.
  13. Eugenix did say in an email that hairloss generally slows down in our 30s. My dad did stabilize in his 30s as well. But i think my hairloss is slightly worse than his although im not sure. I have noticed less hairloss in my 30's but i do feel a crown transplant is a bit risky but i do know i will need another surgery after that as well
  14. Im in two minds to get a transplant next year for my crown. I had a previous procedure for my frontal 3rd in 2017. 2700 grafts used. It was a great success. I am a diffuse thinner with a Norwood 5-6 patten I think. Its very early stages of that & very slow progress. I niticed it back in 2015. Its only noticeable when hair is very short But the crown has thinned. I cannot take any DHT blockers. Was on fin for 2 years got sides at the end had to stop. I have got good feedback from FueGenix & Eugenix. both think around 1200-1500 grafts & will take into account future loss. Its just its important I take into account future loss. I also jst had my 1st SMP session which has went quite well. Bt I just feel I dont have enough hair the crown. It has already helped improve the situation though I did use concealer but I have got tired of it. Makes my head itchy.
  15. What about nape hairs? Can you use them in certain circumstances. The thickest hair on my head has always been in my nape. Thae hair is very coarse their for me.
  16. I shave mine to a zero. Ive had 2700 fue grafts taken. No one has ever said anything to me about them. So small & not easy to see
  17. You wont come out worse than before. You are going to a very good doctor. Do it. You would regret it otherwise
  18. it may be. If you respond well to the medss yo will probably never need a transplant. I dont see any loss in your crown or hairline
