    For sure not 11,000 grafts. But Zarev will get more grafts than anyone else Look how he got 11,000 grafts here That guy's donor looks average

    I would go with Zarev. Most of his patients dont take propecia & he gets everything out of your donor. Yo will have to wait a while but i think he is worth it. Im in a bit of a similar position. I have more hair & had a transplant bt I am a NW 6 in the future. So I am going to Zarev next year to get an exam of my scalp

    Your donor looks fine. I would say just above average. You can get a very good result. You need to go a Doctor wgo works on high norwoods Zarev or Eugenix. I wouldnt go to Turkey

    Dont know what is more impressive the hair on top or how the donor looks after 10,000+ grafts from the scalp. This is incredible

    Yes you have retrogade imo. Doesnt mean yo cant have a transplant but juts less donor hair

    @Dr. Felipe Pittella has done some impressive cases. Be interesting to hear his opinion on this case

    You need to go a doctor & have anaylise what can be acheived rather than just online. If I was you I would go to Zarev. He does a consult where he calculates how many grafts you need & how many you have. A buzz cut transplant might be our best option. Like a 3mm haircut where grafts are spread out in an even manner. But if you dont want a buzz that rules it out

    Couto & the Spanish docs are mostly quite selective about who they take on. You have to be on propecia or else no chance. Need good donor too.

    Majority of 40+ year olds with a buzz would show some bit of diffuse thinning cut that short. Considering hair loss is usually slow after 40. He wont have any worries imo. Look at any 40+ year olds with a buzz & it is rare that they dont have some thin parts in their scalp

    your first transplant has held up well. So its good that your donor is not thinning. I think Eugenix can give yo a very good result

    any plans for the crown. 0 fade on the side & that buzz cut on top would look good. Looks a good option for high norwoods imo. Have the grafts buzzed short in a uniform fashion along the top.

    Just stop. You can side affects for propecia & it can last a long time. Yes it is rare but it can happen. It slows down hair loss it isnt a cure. Unless your a Norwood 7 you can get a transplant you just will need to be prepared to have more than one & maybe not full coverage. Propecia side affects can occur at any time as well.

    do you have any family memebers who you think you resemble in terms of hairloss? May give you a plan to move forward. I would take any DHT substance in your case. It is likley as you get older your hairloss will slow down as well.

    the little white part I know is some hair loss. Just the black part cut short feels thinner than 0 part when both are the same length. Im just wondering is that indication that my sides may drop in 10+ years. Visually looks fine but the hair feels thinner in that black area hair are on the side Im already planning that I may hit Norwood 6. Just dont want to be a a Norwood 7.

    I am just curious about this. Becaue my lateral humps or the transistion between top to bottom the hair is thinner. Only noticeble when hair is very very short. Been like this for years. Im juts curious because it is very important in terms of the future. I will slowly become at least a Norwood 6 most likely. Just hopeful my sides dont drop too much. No real NW 7's in my family.

    Yeah i think Pitella is better. Eugenix are brillant too though. Id rank 1 zarev 2 Pitella 3 Eugenix

    You need doctors who maximise donor. Zarev or Pitella imo. You will need more surgeries in the future also. Your donor doesnt look bad at all

    my facial hair thickened naturally when I was 29. It will probably thicken a bit as you get older

    Zarev doesnt do online consulations. I have a conslatation in Bulgaria for March 2023. It was the earliest I could get.They will let know if anything earlier. Not the end of the world for me & my coverage is ok. I have the number to get through to his secretary if anyone else is interested. You need to fly for consult though. But I think it is worth provided he takes on my case. Which I think he will

    Zarev is the best easily. Pitella too is great. These are recovering higher norwoods. Ferreira is great though. Hair Transplants in general are improving quite well in the last 3 years even.
