Little update. I had online consultation with dr.Sever from Hattingen, he said that is too early to have HT in my case, considering possible future hairloss and decent amount hair at the moment. So I will be in contact with them in the next 1-2 years. Also BHR gave me possible HT estimation with 1200 grafts to repair hairline.

If FUT means more grafts in future, then yes, I am open to FUT option, and will grow my hair long.

I saw your topics, It looks great! .. I am thinking about 1000 grafts for the first procedure. But want clinics that do best hairlines and donor management. I will resize photos for hattingen and send again. Thank you.

Maybe, but i really want to do It. I want hairline conservative as possible but fuller then now. At this stage I don't like It at all. I want to grow my hair longer and push it back, but with this hairline it's impossible.

Hi! I am looking for advice about ht. I am 25m, and have been on oral dut and oral min daily for the last 12 months. At least visually i don't see further hairloss progress, but still 50-100 hair while showering. After all, I am pleased with progress, and want to start looking for HT to repair my hairline. I am considering Hattingen clinic, especially their FUT procedure, I am thinking It will give me more grafts if my hairloss progress in the next years. I am probably NW2 now, with thinned hair all over the top. Probably going in NW6 if there is no medication. On picture with pulled hair back, i draw a line where I want to improve density with HT. How many grafts will be needed?

Thank you for support. I don't know how much hair precisely I am losing a day, but it's probably about that number. I had strong covid and problems with back in the last month, that maybe speed up or induce TE.

I actually think that I have more hair now than i what i had 8 months ago, but I am scared of losing gains , problem is that I had buzzcut for the last 7 months so I couldn't really see hair fall, that is why this scares me a lot.

Hi!, I am 24M and been taking oral dutasteride 0.5mg & oral minoxidil 2.5mg daily for the last 8 months. When I am showering or rubbing my hair I can still see a lot of miniature hairs that are falling out ( Probably about 50-100 a day). Could it be the hair cycle?, or weak hairs falling out so another can grow?. I have very booked dermatologist so it's hard to contact her, what should I do?

I'm sorry, but I really think you should seek the help of a psychiatrist, it's no shame, and I'm going too because I know I'm sick and not just balding. There are hundreds of millions of bald people in the world, I think a lot of them live happy and healthy lives. I am not against HT, medications, SMP but a person should take it consciously and with a cool head, or they will probably regret It and bury yourself even deeper. I am just hoping you are not a TROLL.

Absolutely, but be honest, how often you see bald men on street and think "poor guy, hair loss made him ugly", if you are fit and care about your skin, lack of hair would not make you unattractive. Good-looking guy would look good with or without hair. You have ugly nose?, make rhinoplasty, weak chin?, do chin implants etc. But the sooner you accept your body, it will be easier for you. Just look at Jeff Bezos in his 20s, he was a below average guy with or without hair, but he was at some point the richest and most successful man on the planet!!
