Its fine. Im not on fin since 2017. Side affects. I never regained 100% sexual function have pfs still. I was fine for 1.5 years sides slowly started then. I was on 2.5mg 3 times a week.

I had a few issues with insomnia one time. Try not get anxious is one. I do believe Finasteride can cause an issue. I had similar issue no problem getting asleep but waking up & could not get back asleep. Also if you are on a calorie deficit if affects your sleep too more so waking up early also. In your case I believe it is finasteride causing a hormonal imbalance causing you to wake up. Anxiety has nothing to do with waking up more so falling asleep.

no different than any average donors. He can get 9000 from mine & mine isnt good at all. I have had about 3000 taken out. I saw results where he took 80% of donor on very poor donor area's. He rarely needs to use body hair. He repaired 2 guys with an awful donor's very thin bot in 60's with NW 7's humps gone. High hairline but complete coverage it was incredible

Not sure how Konior & Bisanga are considered the best & their prices are too much. Show me where they have restored NW 6 & 7's that is the ultimate challenge. They dont have as good as cases as Zarev,Pitella,Eugenix & Hasson & Wong. They are excellent but not like there are not better surgeons. If they were doing something exceptional I woulkd understand but they are not

He is hoping to train surgeon's at his clinic at some time. Yes but you mentioned he isnt educatingpatients. That isn't true at all. He explained he has an extraction method that allows him cause less damage & extract more grafts along with his planning he has showcased. So again he is very very busy & it isn't on social media much but he is educating his patients & he has released video's about his donor planning, I much prefer Zarev's example on focusing doing his best for cases he takes on rather than Eugenix who are taking on a huge amount of patients .

I dont get your opinion on Zarev. He has the most thorough consulation that i have comes across. Very specific details about his patients donor. Has video outlining his planning for his surgeries. I am confused? Just because he doesnt have a huge marketing like other Dr's does not mean he doesnt educate patients. For me he is very very transparent

You think Melvin you could get Dr Zarev on one? It would be brillant. Some of his cases are truly incredible. 18000 graft case i forgot to ask would he put it online. It was all scalp as well

you have great results overall. but those dark hairs in the crown dont look fully natural yet. if you had same color hairs in your scalp hair it would work better. but if you get more scalp donor hair in your crown it will help i think or just use toppik & its good too

No I would not bother. Bisanga doesnt really do many potential high norwoods. He will easily turn you down. Without meds he certaintly will. Zarev & Pitella the 2 best for your situation. Yeah it is true many clinics will turn down diffuse thinning. Bicer is another you could consider

I saw a great repair case in person when I saw Zarev last month. Brillant hairline repair. He also had some amazing cases on 60 year old NW7's with bad donor. The only thing is you may need to accept a thin donor rather than fit farming into the donor Good luck with your consult. when is it? If anyone can repair you it is Zarev. In most cases he doesnt like using body hair but i think in your case he can find a solution.

Too many excuses for Eugenix here. They are the experts. If the patient is unsure of his hairloss progression it is the job of the experts to inform him of this. And the best long term plan. -wasting nearly 800 grafts on the temple peaks on someone who will be NW7 is crazy. Eugenix really go so aggresive on these, Now they look very good but only available to certain patients who have the donor reserves. - The growth was great. But someone with his favourable skin to hair contract should have received less grafts resulting in a lighter coloured hair on top. -This would have saved scalp grafts to cover the whole scalp to some degree, - The frontal third has a density that will be much more dense than the rest of his scalp.

Dr Zarev was telling me he has 2-3 surgery rooms & he hopes to train new surgeons his technique when he has time. So i think in time he will have a lower price with a surgeon trained by him. With how meticulous he is about everything I would have no doubt the surgeon trained by him would be excellent. It just may take some time.

How did Eugenix not think you were a potential NW7? It was obvious. Did they examine your native hair closely before the surgery? You have to plan for the worst case scenario.

yes but i am potential nw6. so need to plan for worst case scenario. Only 32 still 30-40 years of hairloss in the future. Minoxidil just slows it down not stop it
