amazing result, what mg of oral minox 2.5 or 5mg?

Great idea to shave your head Can help with planning for the future as it would show a potential NW pattern. If I kept my hair long I would never have know about my potential NW5-6 in the future & i may have went for too low of a hairline.

You need a big budget. Because you can get a good result donor seems decent but you need alot of grafts & an excellent doctor. Zarev,Sethi or Pittella as they are the only 3 who can extract the grafts needed with seems like it would be at least 7k maybe more but we all dont know your hair thickness so just a guess.

Yes it can have long term side affects for some people. I have met a few in real life & had some issues myself 6 years off the drug. Its a small minority but honestly you shouldnt speak on the drug as you are unable to be subjective about it and you are not that informed on the topic I really dont know why people who are are lucky to have no side affects are so defensive & just dismiss anyone with side affects. Everyone's body is different & they can react differently to any drugs in general

If i was going to a cheap clinic. I would say to the clinic you will be vlogging & posting results on forums. Give you the best chance to get a good result as it can be a lottery

Dr Wong is a top class surgeon. Its a quite alot of grafts but the donor looks excellent This will be a superb result i think

I do think Pekiner is good. So maybe a small procedure 1000-1500k then go to Zarev for the long term plan I think is a reasonable idea. I do get when you are young it is important to have a excellent hairline. Just dont go too aggressive with it.

i would wait to see Zarev. Maybe then a small procedure.Your hairline isnt that bad at all. Zarev could do a small procedure in a few years & then you have lot of grafts left for the future if needed. Go to somewhere else & it reduces your donor supply.

your only options are Dr Zarev,Dr Pittella or De Sethi. Zarev list is too long. I would schedule a consult with Pittella as he uses Body Hair. It will cost alot of money though. You need probably between 12-16k grafts

Do you think Oral Minoxidil can stop most people reaching a higher Nw level. Like for instance maybe someone is destined for NW6-7 but if taken early OM can can stop you at Nw3-4 for example? Maybe OM workd best for donor. Im suing it myself but i do think long term it is kinda unknown how well it will work.

Did you not get OM for your doctor or at pharmacy? Getting fin or om online to me is a bad idea. Not reliable dosage wise

I saw a repair case when i was there last March. Guy went to turkey hair was a mess But you are correct he really prefers virgin scalps. My sides of my donor are untouched so he said those grafts are very high quality. Grafts where i had previous transplant less quality possibly damaged from previous surgery so of average quality he said. The feeling i got was if i didnt have previous transplant i would have had way more grafts as the punches were too large even though my scarring isnt bad. I used 3k grafts & have 9k left he said. Need 11,000 to cover potential final pattern. He said i possibly would have had up to 14k left if no previous surgery He will defintely turn down patients he comes across in person as a perfectionist & not a fan of body hair.

It needs to be checked under a microscope. Lost of peoples donors looks thin when cut short OPs hair looks thick when grown very likely because none of the hairs are miniaturized.

Its simple some hairs will thin in scalp and donor over a lifespan How many we dont know But if your in your 60s with a thin donor and top but you 20 years of great to good hair its worth Lets remember zarevs scarring is minimal This is worse case scenario of course Zarev extrations are no different to bisanga,eugenix pittella or others Its his extraction which means less tissue damage so he can take more

Thats amazing. He done an amazing job on the lower part of the crown. Hairline is complete You could definetly not get a 2nd surgery if you wanted But looks like you plenty donor left I would guess maybe even 6k left it you kept sides short.

Still €5 per graft though. Insane prices for a consult now but the demand is crazy Hopefully he trains some new surgeons at lower prices for people. He has a few surgery rooms so that seems to be the plan

Well done on getting a podcast set up. What would this mean exactly getting a patent. He would then sell it to other surgeons under his name? The donor mapping with the data he has would be another advantage he has also. I do believe the extraction is the huge advantage. I think other surgeons with the larger punches cause a trauma around the area which reduces the grafts available
