  1. Oral minoxidil is 30 euros in Ireland for 60 tablets at 5mg. Very cheap
  2. I'm 33 My hair at the back indicates a possible nw6. Its been like that 24 25 not actually progressed at there yet I'm not on fin But your final nw pattern i think is usually indicated quite early once cut short . Like to go from thinning to reach your full Norwood for most people usually takes a long time
  3. Yeah for sure it can be seen under a miscrocope as well
  4. Alot of NW patterns are evident when you shave your head all over to a very short buzz cut. Like at 25 i could see i was a potential Nw6 as i had lower crown thinning its why i requested a high enough hairline Now im 33 it hasnt progressed much at all even just on minox but if i never shaved down my hair i would never have know i have thinning in that part than indicates a NW5-6 in the future & would have a bit of a shock when getting an in person consultation. So i agree if you shave your head to a short buzz its likely at 25-30 u can see your potential final pattern. If you see areas with no thinning at all over 30 its likely you wont every have DHT thinning in that area. More so age related thinning over the years rather than MPB.
  5. Yes i am quite happy with my donor. Dr Saifi was my surgeon had about 3k grafts taken. Still have 9k left with Zarev's technique. Yours doesnt that bad but they did overharvest in the centre. After my next surgery i can compare Zarev's technique to technique of Saifi back in 2016 & 2017
  6. 9 days after a fade No idea why its showing like that the pic upside down
  7. that result was not that bad at all. very classy he offered a free 2nd procedure
  8. @BeHappy 13:30 Zarev explains the situation kinda similar to yours with retrogade showing later in life. Basically he says the patients who develop retrogade or advanced baldness very young likely wont have the sufficient donor area & retrogade wont be visible when young. Also medication wont work
  9. Only really 2-3 surgeons can fix a norwood6-7 & it will cost alot of money. Like you can get good results wik smaller norwood levels but once your headed to nw5-7 you can only go to the very best
  10. Not just the scar it is more painful procedure. I know someone who had an FUT the scar is not that bad actually but it was FAR more painful than the FUE they had after
  11. That is very likely all in your head. People would very likely not see a small diffuse spot in the crown or take very little notice of it unless you are very short in height & even at that i think this is in your head, You are over stating no one really studies others who lose hair or are losing hair.
  12. They are not abvious i have seen others will zero fade only noticeable if you look for it when really close they are noticeable but doesnt bother me at all. You are entitled to your opinion that they look bad when very close up though.
  13. Say whatever you feel. I have not made the thread for feedback more so to show people what the scarring is like. If someone isn't comfortable with scarring and thinks they may shave there head in the future a transplant isn't for them
  14. Why would you get a hair transplant if you don't think it will work long term? Better just get smp on top then than get a hair transplant if you think it will fail over time or if you don't want to have multiple transplants A HT won't really thin much at all unless you have dupa hairless Best thing is to get an in person consultation to assess your donor rather than these what ifs.
  15. Saw maybe some people curious about this I've got zero fade last 6 years no one said anything about scars just my barber
  16. No I saw it when I was there. Zarev has micro camera and hair quality comes up on the screen. Hair thickness hairs in telogen etc. The attention to detail is brillant. He knows all the details of the hair on your scalp with the micro camera photos then sets up the plan long term
  17. His software tells you what percentage is in the telogen phase Like he said to me its normal for lots of hairs behind the ears are around temple peaks to be in telogen phase its why hairs there grow slower.
  18. Are you going to shave the recipient area or leave it longer how it is?
  19. The temple peaks on that patient were incredible. You see them done but they can stand out as being too thick & the transition seems very difficult to get right as well Looking forward to getting mine restored next year. But i know he isnt aggresive with temple peaks. I remember he said im getting about 150 grafts each side so not too aggressive
  20. the young kid who got the repair. He was at the clinic when i went for my consultation. His hair looked great he done an amazing job
  21. I would strongly advise you to wait for Zarev. Contact the clinics whats app if you want to get an early consult Looking at your hair its a bit similar to me. I have already used 3k grafts but still have 9k left You have a virgin scalp im certain Zarev can get alot from your scalp. You do have thinning on the upper part of your donor but he will get enough from ther other parts You also have favourable hair color to head color too. Also I already get a bald fade and the scars are barely noticeable with Zarev even less so I'm quite. I can compare after my surgery next year
  22. I wouldnt go with Eugenix. Not that Dr Das is bad but thelong term planning isnt that great. Zarev or Pitella is our best options both can get so many grafts. I would wait for either of those 2 & in the meantime save.
