I have been to 4 so far and they all seemed to have relatively shallow knowledge concerning hair loss. I recently met with the head dr of the cosmetic department of SpringHill dermatology (which is apparently one of the best clinics for hair) and they essentially brushed it off. However, I have been on finasteride for a year (with only continued worsening) and recently switched to dutasteride. Hoping this works because if it doesn't, ill be out of options.

HahahahHAHAH I seriously just can’t lol. I’ve posted saying I think it was retrograde about 10 times now on different forum all to just be considered crazy or accused of having BDD. Thanks for the input

I know I’ve posted about this very issue a few times, only to be brushed off. However, this issue only appears to be worsening and I’d love to have others opinion on it. Is it retrograde? Dupa? I have no clue! I’ve tried researching it but nothing resembles what kind of strangle hair curling I have specifically on the nape (the rest of my hair is straight. Additionally, the hair behind my ears seem to be thinning as well!

what do you mean by that last part? Does what I have look like it will be agressive down the road?

I’ve noticed ever since I used minox last year I have a lot of hairs like this that are wirey, black, and MUCH thicker that surrounding hair. They also are thin at the tips and thin at the root. Is this related to AGA? To give some context my natural hair is straight and blonde. Nothing like these

I know that I do have BDD, and I’m really trying to keep it check, but the sides and back of my head aren’t the same as they once were two years ago. I understand it’s not cosmetically significant as of now, but I’m concerned that it may progress to the point of HT interference in the future. I don’t know if it’s retrograde or something else, but I never had this kind of issue except when I used minox for a while. Can say it’s what has caused this but it’s odd they occurred at the same time.

I’ve made similar posts before about this, but I don’t feel I was able to properly show my situation. Can anyone give their thoughts?

Thats awesome! On an unrelated note, I spoke with "The hair chemist" who is getting a FUT with verteporfin, and he stated he is flying out tomorrow to have it done. He also mentioned that Barghouthi is using 50mg. Do you know if this is more than his last fue tests?

what was your dosing? Did you ever try maybe lowering the dose to see if the sleep improved?
