  1. I agree with @Portugal25 and would rate Keser higher than ASMED, but you case seems to big for Keser. HLC would be my choice in turkey at the moment and Bicer would be someone to look into. However, the most important question is: How old are you? If you are born 99 than, the best clinic is none.
  2. While I agree with the first point - 24 is very young, and you should be very cautious - I only partly agree with the second point and do not agree with the last point. The clinic you mention are not in "another league" as HLC.
  3. In this price segment in turkey and with your status HLC and Pekiner would be my choice.
  4. To give a clinic advice we need to see you status. There is not the (!) best clinic, just clinics matching your skill. Example: There is now way, that ASMED and KESER are suitable clinics for you, independent of the clinic quality. KESER is a hairlines specialist who does <<1000 grafts a day, ASMED is known for mega sessions FUE.
  5. Looking great for the short time, especially for a crown translant. At this stage my crown was significantly below baseline.
  6. I have seen some nice results of Bicer, but did not dig deep into here results. Anyway, I believe, that you are missing the most important point. Bicer is also not "an entire € cheaper", she is 3+ € cheaper than most top clinics in Europe and maybe 8+ € than the top US clinics. Why is that? - Micromotor and technicians involvement play a small role (you can make an entire thread about motor vs. manual punch) - Location and local cost play a huge role. - Longevity plays a huge role (younger, unknown clinic charge typically less) In the end, the market makes the price as always.
  7. I was looking at you initial pics! On this particular pic it looks (! not saying you do !) like you try to make it look worse, by parting the hair in the affected area. Anyway, I am still holding on to my assessment that the main issue is the design. The other issues are critical as well, but easier to fix.
  8. As I also had such a small surgery, I allow myself to address the elephant in the room: - Your hairline was developing in a perfect mature and male hairline and your hair looked great - Your goal should have been to stop the loss by medication and wait - The biggest problem IMO with your new hairline is not (!) density, wrong angels or multies in the hairline - the problem is, that it is a female type hairline. This is not an easy fix as other say IMO. I think that grafts have to be re-distributed or a complete new hairline below your current hairline has to be built, which I think is not adequate given the position of your hairline. There are several repairs in here where grafts hat to be relocated. P.S. Price/graft cannot be assessed in a normal way at such a small surgery. There are a lot of one-offs which raise the price and therefore price/graft goes up.
  9. Your loss is severe, but your hairtype requires much less grafts for a good result. Combining a HT with SMP could be a good option too. On the other hand: You need a very experienced clinic and preferably one using a specialised punch for you hair. The clinics mentioned here are good, and I would throw Feriduni in the Mix.
  10. Unfortunately, there is no correlation between customer service pre-surgery (especially pre booking) and quality of the clinic. If there is one it might even be a negative correlation. That is why so many chose hair-mills or chain clinics.
  11. Maybe, the pictures do not reflect the reality, as there are a little blurry. But for me it looks amazing, both recipient and donor. Perfectionist or not, it appears (!) to be as good of a result as anyone can expect and I have seen.
  12. First: I think it is against the law to post a pic of one of the hair GOATS in such a thread 😉 Second: The focus should be the crown using also BHT etc. No more Toppik and other stuff to disguise it. Not being afraid of wind and rain or someone standing behind me. Saving the time to style the hair every day. This was such a relief to myself. If you can spare 100 donor grafts for the hairline it is a plus, but not the focus. Keep in mind were you coming from and that your crown can further expand...you need some bullets left considering your age.
  13. I think it looks quite good for the amount of grafts. 4300 FU for this degree of baldness is on the low end.
  14. Great that you finally are on the path to keep things resolved. Fingers crossed for your growth. Was also the hairline design changed or was the focus "just" adding density?
  15. That is the illusion😉. The same goes for the donor by the way!
  16. Even if your hairloss is minor, it is important to do the homework and select the clinic carefully. Which clinic did you chose and for what reason?
  17. Congrats with the marriage, good luck with the surgery and I wish I had 50 % of this beard^^
  18. Congratulations for taking this step and great that you keep documenting your case. Do you have pics before the surgery with the drawn hairline? Happy growing and stay strong during the waiting.
  19. The information your provided are not enough to give you advice. Please go through some other threads in here to see what is required like pre-, intra- and post-surgery (day1, month X,...) pics from several angles.
  20. ??? I do not understand your story. You appear to be a NW6 and require 6000+Grafts for a reasonable restoration. Maybe a little less if you leave the crown open. THis does not match your 2000+800 FU for density story. Please make a proper threat about your status pre-, intra- and post surgery with a timeline and including your goals. Your are not yet in a position to decide for a clinic IMO.
  21. You have great hair for a men your age. My recommendations are: 1. Do nothing and style your hair a little different 2. Uppen you meds by adding FIN, or switch to microdose oral minox 3. Hairtransplant for such a small area is high risk, low reward IMO. You could end at the same level as you are now (by trading natural vs. transplanted hair) or with the wrong surgeon it could look unnatural. Many clinics will reject you anyway, cause for them it is a bad business case. The one which accept your case, will charge more as normal dur to the low amount of grafts. Keep in mind: With a surgery you go a path which is one way for your entre life --> More surgeries, no shaving,... The cases coming closes to yourself are my own, but my thinning was much stronger in this area and maybe this 2nd round with Keser.
  22. This "round" hairline seems to be your normal one, therefore a standard hairline for the average AGA patient might be not the right way. On the other hand: The aggressive design you have shown looks very pleasant (but would require profile pics too for final judgement). Also, it requires a lot of grafts and high density to pull it off. I did not want to criticise HLC hairline process at all. I have no doubt that they are great. My point is: There are objective topics like facial structure, guidelines, donor availability compared to amount of loss etc. but in the end there is also a "design" aspect to it. This is really subjective. It is a tough decision to make at the day of surgery and we have quite some examples here of users being unhappy with the decision they made. If you have a chance to shift this part earlier (maybe even only a day) it might help and ease your mind. There is no reason to believe hair would not grow in the the bald spot in the center of your hairline. It is just the point of most aggressive balding so FIN does not grow anything back.
  23. 1. Yes, your hairline shape (besides the similarity) in the middle is totally different than mine, and with its round shape a little uncommon for an Caucasian male. It would be good to see some pictures from the side and also some when you where younger. It appears to me as this (round) shape is just your normal hairline, and it also suits you well IMO. Maybe a "conventional" hairline doesn't suit you...I would try to get a F2F with a drawn hairline prior to the transplant and have some nice pics from all angles. Good to think a little bit about the hairline you will have for the rest of you life. 2. You do and did your homework and therefore maximized your chances 🙂
  24. Well, I agree the forum is here to share our thoughts and experience, so what is the point? Maybe, I quote a discussion of you with Melvin, maybe it helps to understand my point. If not, so be it.
