  1. But hey it's a YouTube personality that went to a clinic in Beverly Hills so it must be top tier right? 🤦‍♂️
  2. Agreed with @hairlossPA. The fact too on their website that look down on FUT is a good indicator to look at other places.
  3. I use once daily with a full cupful. It's been working fine for years for me.
  4. It doesn't look that bad from the picture you provided. It's going to all depend on the doctor you go with as it's the most challenging part of the head to work on. It's also known as the "black hole" as you can always be adding in grafts to improve the appearance. Do you have other pictures? It looks like you'd need on the lower end of the 2k mark.
  5. @MagnificentAl Your progress looks great and thank you for documenting for us to follow along. Don't pay attention to the naysayers, especially the ones who have never had a transplant and don't know what you've gone through firsthand. You went to a world renown surgeon with extremely high ethics. Being in the awkward phase now is challenging but come summertime next year, you'll be transformed.
  6. Loved that you had fun with this one. Ironic he was making fun of Trumps. Either way, great to demonstrate the value of going to an ethical surgeon who will give you what you need and not what you want. Glad we're past the days of the juris flap and hair plugs.
  7. @Melvin-Moderator We should do a forum meetup in Vegas after Covid is over to test this theory out!
  8. I had 2 FUT. The first being the hairline and the second the crown. I thought both healed similarly.
  9. I would personally stay away from a clinic that advises against it.
  10. @jimcraig152 Ha I wish I didn't know what it was like. Thank you, if you go on page 3 I posted a picture of it.
  11. @JohnAC71Thank you. Yeah I'm curious to see if there's any more growth in the next 6 months. Will provide an update then but am very happy with how it is now. @LonelyGraft I didn't document it but it was at least 2000. That included my hairline as well as temples.
  12. Konior, Nadimi and Panine. I know its tempting with all the advertising for Restore but avoid at all costs, it's a hair mill.
  13. Financing. Ways to pay if you don't have all of the money up front
  14. I've gone to him and am not rich. He offers payment plans fyi.
  15. Have you received any information back on graft estimates. You posted that one picture, so that's what I'm going off of.
  16. Mine was similar to yours. I had 2000 grafts. Beware that the crown is called the black hole for a reason because you can always be adding more grafts. You want to make sure you go to a surgeon who does excellent crown specific work and have realistic expectations on what can be achieved
