    That’s not that aggressive but your still around Norwood 2 and Its looking like the forelock could be next. At only 27 your definitely wise to start considering your options to go forward.

    Definitely consult with Dr/dermatologist ASAP. Any delay in not starting on preventative measures then you will possibly lose more hair in the meantime. It’s something that should be prioritised. Fin and minox is pretty essential to try for younger guys with quite aggressive hair loss.

    If you choose not to take Fin just be aware that your hair loss journey will not stop at just one procedure. And he’s our donor area is finite. Careful planning is needed if you have quite aggressive hair loss at a young age.

    Ok so with quite aggressive hair loss at a young age then you should really consider Fin and minox as they will give you a fighting chance to retain the hair you have got. Dr Bisanga/BHR gave you very good advice. Forgot the cheaper Turkey options for a hair transplant. Sounds like you already dodged a bullet by doing some research. Personally I would not be relying on Revalid/or similar or PRP. Consult with some more elite clinics and I’m sure they would also be recommending the same as Bisanga. Namely try meds and review in 6 months to a year. You have the option of topical Fin too. Its got to be worth a try or you could spend a lifetime chasing your hair loss. We cannot rely on family genetics to tell where we might end up.

    Really nice progress here. Dr Dieps FUT scars are usually excellent and yes pretty invisible. Your new hairline is starting to come in strong 👏

    Looking really clean and healing very well. The edema in your forehead will reduce and you won’t have the feeling of the water running down forever.

    Yes totally on track for 4.5 months in my opinion. Looking really good for this point . Next 4/5 months will show the most growth. 👌

    Hasson & Wong and Dr Konior are arguably about the best you can choose. Consistent results for decades. So many results to sift through. Your narrowing down your choice to some excellent Drs.

    Very rarely see anything from him, or even members mention him. I would look at the rest of the forums recommended list and maybe choose someone who does have more of presence here.
