    Dr Arshad is £3 per graft. Probably the best option here in the Uk in my opinion for quality/affordability. Not seen too many higher Norwood results though.. I agree with @j1mmyyou are going to be looking at a lot of grafts if you want decent coverage.

    I would also suggest Dr Bisanga. Maybe he would be out of your budget. How’s your beard ? I think your going to need another source for grafts besides scalp hair. I mention Dr Bisanga as he does some really great combo hts FUT/FUE/BHT which may help In maximising your donor area.

    You can also consider Eugenix as they are very good with high Norwoods levels such as yourself. However travel to India is not going to be possible for quite a while. So it really depends on when your looking to get it done.

    @bald007 have you considered Dr Bisanga ? The combo hts they do are pretty impressive. You could combine FUT/FUE and even BHT. Plenty of high Norwood cases. Always good to consider your options.

    I also suffer from it and whilst it surfaced after my hair transplants it did not have any impact on my results.

    This is Seborrheic dermatitis (adult cradle cap) you can seek advice/treatment from your clinic or your own Dr. Nizarol shampoo helps treat mine.

    You can always use ice packs (carefully) to reduce the edema on your forehead.

    Yes unfortunately poor clinics are in every single county that does hair transplants. I’m from the Uk and we have more than our fair share here. Arriving on the forum and doing some research will show there are some excellent clinics all over the world too ! Just a look at the recommended list will demonstrate this. It’s not even about price, so many quality options are still affordable. I love the work that Eugenix does for example, they are pretty much the opposite to the clinic that done your transplant.

    You only start to have growth at month 4 approx. You won’t see your full results until at least month 12.

    At 5 months this is actually pretty superb ! As you know this is only the beginning of your growth. So much more to come. Full results are at least 12 months and even beyond. 🙏

    Dr Arshad was the clinic quoting 2000 grafts. OP said it was his assistant who recommended that amount. I also think he’s a very good Uk option.

    These days I would have gone for a Bisanga FUT/FUE combo ht 😂 however Eugenix are doing pretty amazing with FUE/Beard..

    The 2 stage approach you mentioned from Eugenix would give you good coverage in the frontal third and then hopefully further coverage in the second session. It is about being realistic about what can be achieved with a weaker donor area. Giving you back a hairline and addressing the front would be the way to start as they have suggested. Utilising beard grafts will hopefully give you a density boost. It’s good your looking at what can be achieved though. I’m a fellow Norwood 6 and am also looking to Eugenix for my 6th Ht 🤩
