Irish man in need of HT

Is there any Irish men out there that have had FUE transplant? I am thinning alot on top and ive started taking Finasteride,Hair volume vitamins,B12 complex,Regain and Alpecin shampoo. I have had a conceltation with Ailsbury Hair Clinic in Dublin and was told i can have 2500 Hairs transplanted using FUE. I have a good donor area but as i have fair hair its a bit fine. I would consider travelling abroad if the cost was similar to here. Please can someone advise me on costs abroad.

3,890 grafts with Dr.Ron Shapiro

I began losing my hair at the age of 23,I was fortunate to lose my hair very gradually over the years. It was very difficult to look older so soon but I rolled with it and kept my confidence level as high as I could. To be honest,My girlfriends saw me for who I was on the inside and told me I looked fine to them.I was the one who felt I was starting to look very strange with the thin hair.I began researching for help but thank God I could'nt afford a transplant at that time because the technolog

I had surgery approx 2 months ago with Dr Robert Leonard. The scar is covered by hair but you can see the overlap which gives the appearance of a bad fade by my barber. I have tried long and short but the hair is not blending. will this go away with time or will i always have this appearance? any thoughts are much appreciated!

Hair Density Hair Transplants, Athens

Please could anyone offer personal experiences with HDHT Athens. I've read so many reviews now of various clinics to be honest my brain is fried. I've come across HDHT and it appears they have had good fue results but have also read some negative reviews although it was claimed that could be a competitor. I'm really concerned about making a mistake. Many thanks in advance if you can help

Derma roller.

I thought I'd do a short post as an update. Well after the less than encouraging appointment with Vinci I decided to give the derma roler a go. TBH I didn't hold much hope for it. I'd seen gimicks before and I thought it would just be one of them but I decided to give it a shot based on the reccomendation of the person who derma rollers my skin. Well I'm one month in and I have to say.......I'm quite impressed. I'm definetely seeing growth of new hairs and this is without any other chemical

5672 Grafts with Dr Rahal

So, this is my first post on this forum. I am just over 1 week post op from my procedure with Dr Rahal. I had 5672 grafts with the following breakdown: One's 991 Two's 3387 Three's 1294 Total 11647 hairs I have to say, I was quite nervous leading up to the procedure since it was my first. I've been on most of the forums for the last couple years researching, and glad I spent that time. The only regret I have is that I didn't go through with the procedure with Dr Rahal sooner, I would

facial hair transplant and Dr. Charles

I wasn’t satisfied with the fullness of my beard so I opted for a facial hair transplant in late 2010. Even thought the end result was okay, I spent six to eight weeks (immediately after the procedure) recovering from a mild infection and chronic inflammation of the transplant area. So…when I decided to go for a second round of transplants I did my research and spent some time picking the right specialist for the job. In late January of this year, I went to Dr. Glenn Charles for an additiona

2 month update

I am excited to see peach fuzz in my temple areas that were once complete and smoothly bald. I think my shock loss has subsided and my hair is starting to normalize. I started taking propecia about a month ago and I must admit that I lost so much hair that I was depressed! Its now filling in and Im feeling like the time, trouble, and exspense was worth it. I am looking foward to the next few months for my next reveal.........

My hair transplant experience with Dr. Panine

I have been developing a receeding hair line since high school. I was getting tired of always having to shave my head or wear a hat so decided its time to do something about it. I did some research online and decided to give Stuart and Dr. Panine a visit. After meeting them, and seeing their previous work I decided to go with them. Stuart was very helpful in showing me pictures of other patients with similar facial features/shape, and pictures of their results and that helped me determine how I

Hair Transplant and Rogaine

Hello everyone, My name is Sam Atashnia, I recently had a hair transplant two weeks ago and so far I am very pleased with the way it is healing. My main concern now however is with regards to the use of prescriptions like rogaine, propecia etc. My surgeon has recommended that I start using rogain (minoxidil) for a period of one year to help boost the growth process. To put it simply, I really don't want to take any of those medications at all. However, before I make my decision, I just

Beware of Advanced Hair Studio

I started experiencing Hair Loss from 2006-07, its genetic. I happened to visit Advanced Hair Studio, and fall prey in their trap, they looted Rs. 1,09,000 plus taxes from me in lieu of Laser Therapy. They provide you some stupid laser therapy which actually never works, and charge you for Mintop 10% which is easily available at medical stores for some hundred bucks in Indian rupees. They are the greatest cheat one can ever meet. They are the liars. For their FUE and FUT method, they charge you

HT2, six weeks after

These photos were taken on day 45, just over six weeks post HT. I haven't suffered much - if any - shock loss, so my hair now looks pretty similar to pre-op, aside from a little redness in the recipient area. This is largely covered now by the native hair. The main contrast with my previous HT is that I have not suffered from any pimples bar a couple of tiny ones. By this stage following my previous HT I had pimples popping up all over the recipient area. Is that a sign things are heali
