As scheduled I flew from UK to Hyderabad, India to have my HT procedure with Dr.Madhu. The procedure was slated for the 19th of February, 2012. I reached Hyderabad a day before on the 18th of Feb. I had done my own accomodation owing to the fact that Dr.Madhu's centre didnt receive my mails asking for help on booking accomodation. I had booked a 1 bedroom Service Apartment called Falcon's Nest (Falcons Nest Service Apartments & Studio Flats @ Hyderabad & Vizag) in Jubilee Hills area, a 5
Hi everyone. I have been on the hunt to find a good quality clinic or surgeon, with a reasonable price like everybody els has here i'm sure. I came across TALIZI clinic located in Tbilis, Georgia. The prices seem affordable but i'm not 100 present sure in the quality. when i see the before and after pictures from the surgeons from the United Sates the quality of TALIZI seems lesser. i have been thinking about going to the us but it would cost me something like 25 thousand including the travel an
By any measurement, Dr. Bradley Limmer...and his well seasoned, loyal staff...have exceeded every expectation they provided me...by immeasurable standards.
Dr. Limmer's care, consultation, guidance, patience, his overall approach...and that of his outstanding staff, is just so unbelieveable.
In fact, when using standards, Dr. Limmer and his staff have really set them for the industry. We would all be well served if every other Doctor and their staffs were measured against Dr. Limmer and his
Hi All
For you that know me I suffered hair loss badly at a very young age and am still only 23. All Surgeons I have seen were amazing with how young and how bad of hair loss I have.
Firstly I want to say DR Madhus clinic was a fantastic place, almost looking out of place to the rest of Hyderabad. At 23 I went alone to Hyderabad to have surgery done 15th April, this was something I regretted instantly at first, for a 23 travelling the other end of the world alone, its was very very emoti
I have been spraying my scalp with ASEA water every hour. I also apply antibacterial ointment to my donor area twice a day. I noticed this time around, there isn't very much crusting/scabs around my grafts, it just looks really red with a lot of tiny dots where the grafts are placed but no scabs. Not sure it thats a good or bad thing since last time, when then scabs came out, the dots went away as well. I think the technicians must have cleaned my blood from my recipeint area really well whil
Hi All,
I am a new user for this blog, today I was preparing to go to a hair transplantation expert for the treatment, but from some reviews in this site I decided not to go to that Doctor. Well it's late on a Friday night and I felt like writing something down so here we go. It's not an update (much) or my usual moan but just some thoughts. I've come around to the fact that hair has become an obsession with me. Not that it's anything new, I've always had a thing about hair since the days of watching He-Man as a child in the early 80's and I've always had long hair. I just like the way it feels and it suits my head and face. Seriously! I wouldn't suit short or no hair.
With th
Just got home from my HT surgery. Dr. Siporin and his staff were extremely professional and friendly. I felt completely at ease during the entire procedure.
A little background -- This is my 2nd HT, my last one was about a year ago and I was not too pleased with the results. The placement of the grafts were not very densely packed and the outcome was a bit unnatural looking. I was told I got 1600 grafts but am very doubtful of that. This time around, I took more time researching before pic
I am currently 33 (2012), and started to notice my hairline receding up the sides at the front when I was about 29.
Like everyone who is visiting these websites, I started to follow closely the progress of my follicular retreat, and styled my hair to best mask it. The longer time went on, the harder this task became, and as well as continuing to recede up the sides, my hair immediately behind the front started thinning. This would ultimately have lead to a horsehoe-shaped hair-loss zone, and
Hi All,
I’ve only been a member of this site since for around 6 months, but I’ve spent a lot of time on here and elsewhere reading and researching, and I believe I’ve learned a lot – so a big ’thanks’to everyone who contributes here. Hopefully this lengthy post will help those who are considering have a hair transplant in India, particularly with Dr Radha Rani.
A Bit of Background.
There is male pattern baldness in my family, and my own hairloss was further exacerbated by a thyroid condition
A quick update on my progress:
The day after the HT I went back in for a hairwash and inspection before heading back home. I appreciate that they open for business so early- I was able to get cleaned up and on the road so I could get a early flight home. The pain meds kept the discomfort to a minimum, but unfortunately there was a finite supply of pills. When the pills ran out the second day, I quickly realized how much they were helping. The donor area continues to be painful, with my tyl
Have you ever wondered why your electric deep fryer or skillet has a magnetic cord that falls off at the slightest touch? Kids like me, that's why. As a 2-year-old, I pulled on the dangling cord of an electric skillet and had the contents (primarily hot oil) empty onto my head. Initially there were concerns I could lose vision in one of my eyes but thankfully that was never realized. Ultimately the top of my head caught the bulk of the oil and much of the roots were damaged to the point that the
Dr Feriduni and his team (from reception to technicians) is everything I expected; the epitome of professionalism and courtesy a very pleasant experience!
I will just say the photos on his site do not do full justice to what this man does, many people having elected to protect their privacy which of course has to be respected. But when I saw photos of his clients on the morning of my procedure I was awestruck.
I am one of those people that prefer to see periodic updates rather than daily jo
Hi ALL,
I am an 27 year male and was facing hairfall since the age of 22. I had never taken any medication
After a long deliberation and research I went ahead with my HT with Dr. Radha on 3th April. Based on the breifing on 3rd evening, it was decided to target 3200 grafts and with that cover up my frontal head leaving the crown untoched for 2nd HT.
The HT started around 9 am in the morning and Dr. radha told me they were able to get around 2700 grafts only, but the god things was most of
