Both me and my friends who know something about hair transplant are shocked about the fact I barely have any redness. What a difference it makes when you get a good procedure! Senior Member EvansLawrence Posted February 2 Author Senior Member Share Posted February 2 (edited) day 120 Alright! This starts to really fill in! I had last week my 3rd and probably last prp at the NEW AND GORGEOUS CLINIC. OMG, Couto is at his 60s (although looks like he is in his late 40s) and just opened a new luxurious clinic that blew my mind. This man has no intention of retire haha. So far I am very happy. Couto is the BEST doctor when It comes to hair transplant I have ever met. He has huge knowledge and passion. Lets attach the pics: first proper light and wet hair: Now sunlight and dry: De density is yet missing OFC, but WOW. I see myself 1 month ahead compared to my previous surgery. I couldnt expect to have his growth at month 4. Edited February 2 by EvansLawrence
Valued Contributor A_4_Archan Posted February 2 Valued Contributor Share Posted February 2 This is looking excellent for just 4 months ...you will get more growth and density in coming months...dr couto will surely knock this out of the park. 2 Check Out My Hair Transplant Journey --> My Thread 3611 FUE Grafts With Dr Kongkiat Laorwong | Norwood 5 | 2nd May 2023

I actually find great the result from HLC to be honest with natural angles and good density. If i was in his case, i wouldnt do a second procedure because i dont think its needed. But anyone can do whaterver he wants. I thought this was your final result... Definitely a good result 90% of us would kill for. Now, maybe you have a point on your first surgery eating up to many grafts... But the outcome and the looks are great. Also, your donor looks you have another 4000 grafts left easily, if handled by a skilled surgeon. Edited February 3 by Broni

Specially if we compare to the actual dissasters we have around. But I dont know if maybe I dont express myself correctly or if people dont understand. I was kinda dissapointed because we used to many grafts IMO for an area that was small and didnt got the BEST survival. Thats It. And then ofc because of the clinic attitude when I told them. But definitely ended better than before hehe. Now even more 😊. And lets wait another 8 months and see 😁

I also called them several times last year and they told me it is best to call/email them in early January. I did and I got an appointment for February next year. I suggest emailing them asking to book you in for a consultation though I am not entirely sure if and how early they will have appointments for 2025 by now. Now lets wait and be patient haha. Its a good chance in case u are not medicated to medicate yourself and use this year you have ahead to improve your condition and therefore need less grafts for the surgery.

The booking is just for the consultation, but I am glad to be on his list, I really felt like I accomplished something by being scheduled for surgery sometime in the future 😅 I am on meds already for almost a year but thanks for the advice, it makes absolute sense. Again congrats on your result!
Regular Member Fmulder Posted February 6 Regular Member Share Posted February 6 @EvansLawrence , I am going to have a consultation with the Doctor soon , what are the current price for the consultation itself? Btw, does the clinic offer several days of care after the procedure with hair washes conducted by the clinic team to remove crust? Thanks

Yes they will probaly tell you to go the day after the surgery to check how everything went after first night and then about 2 or 3 days after to do the first cleaning, and at day 10 to remove the crusts. In my case this was all done by Couto himself. Edited February 7 by EvansLawrence
