Hi From what I saw on the web, I would go with Couto. Maybe you can share what the doctor is doing in each surgery, meaning are they involved in incisions and hair design only? Or doing some of the extractions \ placements? This can also be a factor to choose a doctor over another

How is he compared to Zareb in using little grafts for maximum results?

I was told by each surgeon that examined my in the past that I have a good donor zone, and even sometimes very good. However on the HT day- my grafts count was as follow: 1. Singles 1144 2. Doubles 1615 3. Triples 362 4. Quad 117 The caliber of the hair follicles ranged between medium to fine caliber probably, I have chatain hair color. 1. I'm wondering if any of you had similar low grafts counts in your HT? 2. I will probably be able to consult with Dr. Couto and Zareb, my question is in terms of specialty and my case above- who would you prefer for such case and why? 3. Really amazing, but how is the view of the sides and back if you don't cut them really short as in these pictures?

I was told that since I'm norwood 6 (good donor area ~8000), I should go for 8 cm from eyebrows, or the lower hairline can be maximum ~ 7.5 cm. however, since originally I have 6 or 6.5 cm height, I'm a little bit worried with the 8cm option. Should I avoid it (8 cm option) ? Can sombody post 8cm result example?
